The worst buying experience I ever had in my life. I will not recommend this place. Took me 2 years to get a mower. Nothing but lies and excuses. The salesman was horrible. If you have any questions feel free to text me

This review is for Lafayette store. Great company. I had an older JD lawn tractor in need of repair. While it was being fixed, I inquired about making it a trade-in. After a couple of back and forths, we settled on a very fair offer and I got a brand new X570. Great.

All sorts of Deere equipment. It's not cheap, so hold on to your wallet! Knowledgeable people (when you find them) & plenty of choices. Delivery is available for an extra fee.

awful customer service!! Called in the morning to see if they could test a starter for my John Deere lawn tractor, I was told they could, So I took the starter to the dealer in Caz. and was told they have no way to test it, REALLY? I dove 20 miles round trip to be lied to, I guess they don't care about customers unless you are buying new. I called the John Deere dealer in Cicero and they said, yes they can be tested. I would like the owner of this store to reach out to me and make this right because I want to know if you really Care. At this time you deserve Zero Stars but that's not an option.

I've had two at home services the first went ok however he didn't have the correct filter, one was a total waste of money. (My ride on tractor was smoking prior to the service. I asked the dispatcher if the tech could take a look at the tractor prior to servicing and give me a call with an update. NONE of that information was provided to the tech and the tech preformed the service and called me to let me know my headers (engine) was leaking and the tractor might go anytime.If he had called like I asked, I wouldn't of had it serviced. The service Manger provided a slight discount off the service, however I still had to pay over $200. I understand there was some work done, however the miscommunication cost me an additional $50 bucks in service charges that I wouldn't of gotten.It's a real shame that this company rather eek out $50 bucks this one time vs. taking a real responsibility. I would be very careful hiring someone from the Chittenango branch of this company. Obviously they don't want to build a relationship with a small home owners.. maybe just the bigger clients.

I have dealt with tractor repairs all my life and worked with many really good parts people, but Doug Knapp is by far the best parts guy I have ever known. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and an extremely hard worker. He gets you in and out quickly. Many times I have gone in asking for a part and he didn't even have to look it up, he had the part number in his head. He goes out of his way to help even when it's not convenient for him. He is always positive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Whenever I call Caz Equipment I ask for Doug.

Bought a tractor at Cazenovia Tractor June 2020. The belt has come of the tractor at least a dozen times. Home repair came twice and hasn t corrected the problem. We also had to take it to Cazsenvia once to repair it. My husband called two weeks ago again regarding this and still has not heard back from them. He called again yesterday and was told the manager is busy in meetings. I don t think he has been in meetings for a solid two weeks! This tractor had only been used a few times when the belt started coming off. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone.

In April of this year our 3 year old John Deere tractor needed repair. The Fulton store took it in and said it would be a week, A week later they had not looked at it. I called a Manager in Cazenovia and they serviced it right away. It cost $384 then, which was ok. In June it needed repair again and they came out to fix it twice, In July we paid 275$ for repair work. Yesterday it died in my back yard.....AGAIN. Almost $700 later we have a dead tractor. The service work is NOT acceptable. Now we have a new battery and are cautiously hopeful

Real easy transaction! Honestly it was so simple when we were walking out we both commented that it was. Absolutely go back. We were shopping for someone else's tractor and he pointed us in the right direction, and got us the right parts! Thank you for the awesome experience!

Great Company to do business with. Our company relies on their services and they do not let us down. All departments go above and beyond to get the job done. Their service is flawless with technicians Jake Tily and Rich Kuhardski and the companies best service manager Matt Zimmer. The parts department lead by Doug Napp gets us the parts we need quickly and efficiently. The sales department with Matt Retz and corporate sales manager Brad Hathorn work with us to get the equipment we need. Their relationship with us goes beyond business. Day or night these guys are always on call and are eager to help.

Have purchased a used tractor and a used commercial zero turn from Cazenovia Equipment in Caz. Found their pricing was as good as garage sale sites. Parts are great and I get them same or next day for the same price as online shops.

Pulled into parking lot, girl just happens to be going towards door. Looks at us. Girl goes in the store locks the door and throws the keys on a desk and walks away with an attitude you could see a mile away. Just drove over 1/2 hr to get there. Didn't realize sat. hours were 1/2 day. NP, our bad, but just the attitude made us realize we're never coming back.

I can't say enough great things about Brad Hathorn and Cazenovia Equipment in Cazenovia! John Deere quality equipment speaks for itself -- but you have to have the support and caring behind it to make it all work. My father and I have bought multiple tractors, mowers, and accessories from Brad and Scott there -- and at times have resold things thru them. So honest, so caring -- that is what you want behind your John Deere.Sadly, I am leaving the area, but even on the cold day I was moving, they took the time to work with my mover to get my equipment on the truck.!! And they have already figured out who to service me in my new place.Thanks guys -- you have been great.

Update 6/19/18Yep still one stare based on my current experience with cazenovia equipment. I hope what happend in my situation doesn't happen to anyone else.Update 6/20/18Cazenovia equipment stepped up to the plate and hit a home run with me. They addressed all the issues I had and fixed it. I will defiantly be recommending people go there in the future based on the end result.

Very poor customer service.Purchased a John Deere LA115 around 10yrs ago, new from this business.This mower has slipped and destroyed mower belts since it was brand new.Only used for 1/2 acre yard, destroying 1or 2 belts per season.I would go to the store and buy a new one.NEVER!!! NEVER, did they question why! Finally people told me this isn't normal.So, when purchasing yet another belt I asked them about this.The response was half laughing something must be wrong on the deck.Really!!! They assembled it.We had already removed the black safety harnesses trying to preserve the belt, as long as possible.They tried to SELL me new deck parts.Ridiculous.While under warranty they should have noted and addressed this issue.Now,my mower is around 10yrs old.Never out in the elements. No mowing during hot temp.wait until evening.Washed and cleaned after using.The battery is a 1yr old John Deere brand.Have it serviced ( my mechanic comes)every spring to service and replace with John Deere Kit-purchased from them.It won't start, suddenly.No leaking,no need to ever add oil, or strange engine sounds-ever.I called to ask what this might be? Response, getting to the end of it's life.What!!! Not built to last even with it's pampered life.What 230 easy hours and done! No more John Deeres in my yard or per my family, theirs either.

Well...bought a brand new x738 with 54" deck...made 3 laps around my lawn and the deck belt comes apart..I spend 10 grand on a tractor and can't even mow...not happy
