This ad is a scam and should be removed from Google immediately. I personally know 2 people who have called this number for someone to answer the phone. Take their credit card info and never provide any type of service or correspondence. Everyone beware.

It's a scam :/Incredibly expensive and they charge before even "sending" a truck, only to constantly call for extra info you already gave them, while a truck never arrives.

SCAM beware!!!!! This company demands your credit card up front, runs it immediately and then NEVER sends anyone out! Left us waiting literally ALL night. When we called after 1.5hrs waiting, they re-asked all the info to confirm then we gave them the invoice #(from the invoice bc they charged the credit card) still nothing, put on hold for over an hour. Never sent out a driver, never explained why, put on hold EVERYTIME you call! Do NOT call this company!

I ve given at least 200 reviews on Google, hence Level 7. I think this is my second 1 star ever. As I type this (1145PM) I m sitting in the pitch black, in the middle of the Catskills just 1 mile up the road from this location, in a rental that is simply stuck in the mud and needs just a winch to move it 3-5 feet. I don t bring my 10,000 lb winch with me on business trips, does anybody?? They took all my info, made me take photos of the truck, and made me send them to different numbers for no reason, then just never got back to me. I asked for just a very rough ballpark estimate and was told they couldn t, I asked if they could tell me the $200 range or $2,000 and they said they couldn t. As the first review, I m going out on a very solid limb that it s a scam. Be careful if you call here folks!
