Inconsistent cleaning and the tire shine applicator never works right. I complained about it 11 weeks ago on their Facebook page with no response. Can't wait for the one on 9w to re-open.

Easy to use, clean water and facility grounds and rarely busy. I use this place regularly and have not had any issues to complain about.

My dog was sprayed by a skunk in the middle of the night. While it was great that this dog wash is open 24/7, the spray handle was partially broken and disconnected and there was hardly any of the skunk odor removal shampoo. Very disappointing!!

Really like the option of washing your car how YOU like it!They have all the sprays, chemicals, and tools needed and no hassle of keeping the chemicals, a power washer, damaging your lawn with runoff, or spraying down your drive way afterwards.I like that they have a nice power washer, bug/tar remover spray, pre wash spray, car wash detergent, clear coat enhancer, and warm wax, and gentle rinse options. You can do all or some of the options available if you re car is relatively clean already. This is by far the best and most equipped self service car wash I have ever tried.

I came away from the auto car wash with black scratches on the hood of my car that no amount of washing would get off. I finally had to buy a special product to scrub them off. It s disappointing to pay to get your car washed only to come away with it looking worse. The self wash works well, but I d stay away from the automatic car washer.

Used touch free. Price was cheaper than other car washes I've been to. And it actually cleaned my car better than I was expecting

Disrespectful and rude! I was cleaning out my car BEFORE vacuuming it minding my own business when I was approached by a man who points to a light pole and tells me I m being watched. He demands that I use his services and not just the garbage and that I come every Sunday. I ve never seen anyone vacuum their car before cleaning it. I haven t been here in months and won t be coming again with employees harassing me like that. He tried to play nice after that but it didn t work. Rude and profiling are very unprofessional for a car wash.

This place is great! Pricing is reasonable, and my car comes out clean. We also use the dog wash a lot! I highly recommend.

Prices are ok,touch free doesn't really do the best job getting even little stuff off.But the soft touch is usually pretty good.If you actually want your car clean you have to do it yourself.

This review refers to the "Do It Yourself" part of the car wash.....not the drive thru/automated part. I like using this part of the Car Wash for two main reasons.....Spot Free Rinse...&....The High Velocity Air Blower. The combination of the two make it pretty much unnecessary to have a micro fiber towel with me for drying it myself. Pricing is reasonable and the car wash bays and surrounding property are kept clean, well supplied and well lit for after the sun goes down. I would recommend Scrub- A- Dub Car Wash to anyone willing to get out and "Do It Themselves".

Using the touchless my truck never comes completely clean and using the soft touch scratches the paint. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it's the only car wash in town.

I always like going there because they have many options, the prices are fair & my car is so clean, including underbody wash.

I love there carwash. Your in & out in record time. The prices are very reasonable. The vaccumes work fine, I only wish it would give an extra minute or even 30 seconds lol.I wish they would do detail work as well.One can still dream, right ?? Oh well, maybe someday. Yeah, I'm a DJ. too.If you have not tried this car wash out, I highly suggest you do so and get the hot wax for $20.00 as that is all I ever get. The BEST and nothing less.Peace out.

The best self wash in the area, I travel from across the River specifically for their self wash and/or touchless wash. The only knock on them is the lack of free vacuums to compete with Hoffman (but Scrub-a-dub's wash beat's Hoffman any day of the week)

I took two cars through here today and got the Rainx upgrade both times. I m a little skeptical how well they do undercarriage because the undercarriage sprayer seems fixed (as in not movable). Still, there s nowhere else in Catskill.The second time I went through, they had put salt down all over the back asphalt. The majority of the reason I went to wash my car is to get the salt off from underneath after the recent ice storm. I m very unhappy about the fact that I just paid to get rid of something that was put right back on. Will have to try Hudson or up where I work next time.

Nice car wash. Nicer than many others. Prices are fair and they have plenty of options including a doggie wash.Some of the workers can be a little off-putting if you try to bucket wash.

The pay machine is to low for trucks to maneuver, we have to open the door. The dollar bill taker was finicky. The was great but the drier needs to go longer. We used the soft touch and tge price is in line with Hoffman.

Great car-wash. Both touch free and the full brush service. The dirt actually comes off the windows and the tire shine is great at the end.

Car wash always open & working. Love that they have credit card readers in the bays. If they put trash cans in the car wash bays & I'd say 5 stars.

$20 for car wash bottom 1/2 of truck still dirty all the way around. Was supposed to get undercarriage blast, wheel cleaning doesn t look like it.

I go for the dog washThey have the best self service doggy wash around. Well worth the trip with alot of options.

I've really had a Touchless Car Wash get my car so clean. I highly recommend using the Rain X it helps a lot

Very good car wash. Has a hand held dryer for those of us who prefer washing our cars in the bays.
