Excellent service. My wife and I bought a 2005 tayota camry and have had it for 9 months. We have had no problems with it so far besides needing to replace brake pads and switching to snow tires. The staff there I friendly and knowledgeable

If i could give zero stars I would. I bought a 2006 Toyota Corolla in August of this year. We were told it had new breaks and tires, that it had been inspected and everything was in working order. Literally the same week I took it home, the engine light comes on, and it begins rattling.I took it to autozone who said that the code coming up was showing that the engine computer was faulty and needed replaced (300-500$). As for the rattling, there are two parts on the front of the car that need replaced ($60 with service).Freaking out, I send the codes to John, whom I bought the car from, and he had me bring it in. They scanned it, and said that the engine light was not on because of the computer, as they said that code was no longer there, which turned out to be a lie. They said it was because I needed too put ethanol free gas in the car so the converter could clean, which I did do, and it made no difference. The rattling they explained were the two parts in front that would be about $60.Flash forward to two months later. The engine light has been on basically the whole time I've had the car, and each time I brought it in they insisted it was the catalytic converter and that I needed to put ethanol free gas in, which of course I had been, which is an added expense I never wanted. Finally they said that the converter was probably bad (300-400$) and that they would put a used 2006 one in and make me pay $100 for it. Which of course I didn't as who knows how long a used one would last. After that, I got sick of bringing it in and being told the same exact thing every time. When the car started to rev and it wouldn't move in reverse or drive, I took it to a place I could trust.I've attached photos to this review, but basically the transmission had a leak and the fluid was totally gone. The leak had been spewing back onto the breaks, and if I had continued to drive the car, the breaks would have quit working. Not only was the car unsafe to drive, the whole exhaust system was "cobbled" as if it had been welded by an amateur. The exhaust was broken at muffler flange, the converter efficiency was below threshold, which was why the exhaust levels in the car were unsafe, and the whole exaust system needed is rusted and needs replaced to work properly ($1000). As for the transmission, i have to drive it for 100 miles to see if it is damaged. And we all know how expensive a new transmission costs, not even worth replacing. The breaks which were "new" are the cheapest possible and squeak like crazy when I hit them I can't help but wonder how long they will last.As I could not afford that, I had the leak fixed and the exhaust patched until I could speak with John.I was given a copy by my guy of all the codes that came up, and low and behold the Ecm/Pcm processor code was one that showed up for both history and present. So I was lied to by this dealership about it not being there.Basically I have a car that needs over a thousand dollars in work and is potentially useless because of the transmission damage. I tried to speak with John and was told very bluntly that I needed to speak with Adam so they can look at it and with what I'm understanding do absolutely nothing to make this right. This dealership is not only crooked, they have no respect for there customers to make it right when they screw them over with damaged vehicles. Take your business elsewhere is my advice, I certainly wish I had.
