Best auto parts in Carthage ny people go out of their way to accommodate you. They have friendly advice and the store is well kept and clean hats off to napa.

I went in for a replacement part for my jump pack i use for roadside assistance calls and I asked if they could help me replace the part on-site and I was told yes instantly. The man who helped me do it entirely. Told him I very much appreciated the help because I use the jump pack alot in my job. Great service.

The store was clean, clerks were helpful. Another customer and child came in, the child had a face mask on but man didn't. Noone said anything to him regarding face mask, so I said something to him and he said he didn't like them.

If you can't find a part go to Napa Auto Parts in Carthage next to Pizza Hut they'll be glad to help you they definitely go out of their way to try to find a part for the tell you right up front they can't get it they might recommend you somewhere they might not any other parts you need you'll be glad to help you get it it's a very friendly and helpful place they also do deliveries at well you have a great day I've been there for 21 years find parts and keep going back this is mr. Vern talking I go by there every day twice on Sundays you have a great day

Best place around to go get your vehicle repair parts. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. They do not look down at you if you are not vehicle savvy. They take their time and will explain everything as simple as possible.

NAPA Auto Parts in Carthage deserve a 10 their employees are helpful respectful and always wanna go that extra mile to try to get that part service is unbelievable stop there and ask about your parts they will be kind enough to help you this is Todd again we do the Landscaping once a week and Carthage Napa you have a great day they deserve a 10 goodbye
