Overall my experience was great!Great view, quiet, FAR away from hustle & bustle. Pets allowed if you have vaccine/shots certificates. My group & I stayed at the motel 2 nights, with 2 rooms. The rooms were what you expect from a motel. Dated, box spring mattresses, kinda stuffy, small, etc.But, it wasn t a bad experience at all! There s air conditioning & windows & doors you can open for ventilation. The toilet paper is 3 or 4 ply, very quality! The TP quality tells you a lot about a place. The free wifi was FAST (150mbps) and the rooms were AFFORDABLE. The mini convenience store they had for the RV park was very convenient, even for the prices (about 1.5x-2x grocery store prices worth the time & gas saved going 45 mins to buy stuff.). There s free to use fire pits, with bundles of firewood available to buy for just $5 each (it was more than enough for our s mores campfire) and the guy running everything at the time was so kind to help us get the fire built & without even asking him, helping us get it started, and he even lent us smores sticks!The staff of the family business is knowledgeable, friendly, and will ensure you have a good experience. Martins marina was outstanding. They went through the whole process w/me from banking to showing me how my new boat will work warranty on everything. After I purchased the boat they said they will store it until spring when I am ready to use it. Top notch. Couldn't ask for better people to work with.

Straight forward pricing no gimmicks on prices. Told me the price of a motor and boat and I ended up just buying the motor and it was no problem pricing remained the same on the motor. Down to earth people working there who were also prompt and stopped what they were doing to make sure I was helped

I stopped in because I needed bait for my kids for fishing. While there, I was looking at some pontoon boats that were on the floor. One of the guys that worked there aporoached me and asked if he could help with anything. I asked some questions and he spent so much time with me giving me a tour of the show room and available options. He really was so pleasant to deal with.

Over the many years dealing with the Martin's they have always provided excellent service and support for the Avalon boats with Mercury engines I have purchased from them. They have gone beyond the expected operations of a marina to help support us living on Grenadier Island. They have recently added new boat storage facilities and renovated the buildings so the marina looks very attractive.

Bought new lund boat from Martins get home gas gauge doesnt work,1.5 ride back up, tiller steering is off so bad rip your shoulder off! Adjusted myself! On my 3rd battery for my electric motor, running back and forth from my island home, finally they say will order and replace your on board charger,,I called several times no charger yet! That was 2 months ago! What ever happened to customer service!

Beaver & Mike are two great guys who run a family owned business dedicated to serving the boating needs of northern New Yorkers.. They are always there when you need them .. Beaver runs the sales end of the business and Mike is the go-to guy with any technical or service related questions, both of them the very best at what they do.. As a 25+ year customer I cannot recommend Martins highly enough...

Experienced, knowledgable and friendly staff. Purchased a 14' Avalon pontoon boat, trailer and motor summer 2015.. storage off season and 2016 dealings have been excellent.

I went to the Syracuse boat show in February 2020 ,pretty much had my mind set on buying a different boat,but doing my walk through I stop at Martin s and seen this well built and beautiful Lund 1650 rebel .The Saleman was great we talk boats and I told him that iam going to check other boat out since he gave me some pointers to look out for .To make a long story short I return with a smile and left with a smile oh yes and that Lund boat great people to work with thanks guys. Price for winterizing my boat was fair. Mike was nice enough to suggest that an issue with my center pontoon might be covered by warranty, he knew that it would cost him me going to another marina that sold my brand of boat.

Rented a boat, had dirt all over the floor, seats were ripped and torn apart, fungus growing on the pontoon boat, fire extinguishers on the boat 20 years expired. Horrible experience...

PURCHASED A NEW PONTOON BOAT AFTER COMPARING MANY MODELS AND DEALERS.AVALON WAS THE BOAT OF CHOICE, AND BEAVER AT MARTINS WAS DEFINITELY THE BEST DEALERSHIP I VISITED ! SALES AND SERVICE IS 5 STARS.I FELT LIKE THEY WERE LONG TIME FRIENDS.NOT YOUR AVERAGE DEALERSHIP.

After being told it would take 1 week to get my boat motor installed. After 6 weeks, 5 phone calls being told twice it would be done in the next few days and it was finally completed.

Rented a pontoon boat for the day. Was given first rate service and treated with friendly (masked) faces and nicely greeted by renny. Top notch place.
