I am impressed with company. I brought my snow blower in for a repair. I had to drive 1 hour away and drop it off. I need the spark plug wire connected because I pull it out by accident. I got a call a few days later and i pick it up when the weather was better. The man started it up and rolled on my trailer. The Carburetor needed to be replace also. Nice staff and great consumer service.

HMower was delivered no key. Only one came in package. Called to see if they could mail one to me. Nope stop over next time your over here. We'll see you in the spring don't come over to canton often other than that am pleased with purchase

I liked the Massena shop, but sadly, I don't think they are going to re-open. It's been 2 years, and still no progress on rebuilding. The Canton office is just to far away from me to be useful.

As per usual the people that work there were very helpful. I brought in a chainsaw to trade in and they gave me a great deal. Stihl chainsaws in my opinion are the best chainsaws.

This is the place to go for parts or service. Stihl parts consistently 40% to 50% lower than anything i find on Amazon or Ebay.
