Boyden Brook is by far the best auto repair shop in the North Country.As a woman, it can be very challenging to find a mechanic that takes you seriously.Not only does Josh & his team take my concerns seriously, but they also answer my numerous in-depth questions, giving me peace of mind after every visit.Whether I stop in asking for a test drive or to double-check work done by them, they are always happy to help & own up to any mistakes made by them.Thank you to Josh & all of the mechanics who take such good care of my car!And ladies - if you are tired of dealing with condescending mechanics, this is the place to go!!

Everyone is always polite and honest. They get u in and out when they say they're going to. Josh doesn't play guessing games when he tells you what's wrong with your vehicle, and that's what matters the most to me.

Amazing auto body work and customer service! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Hertz rentals are available on site if needed and are very clean. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!

I ve used Boyden Brook for years now. Always been happy with the service. I ve used them for auto body repair, general repair work and their rental service. All three are excellent. I take May cars and my kids cars to them to be serviced.

This business is well worth the drive. It is just a few miles outside the Village of Canton NY. They are friendly, positive, and very experienced. Excellent customer service. They called me as soon as my car was ready. They made suggestions and called me at each step. They fixed exactly what was needed and saved me money. I thought I needed a complete tuneup but they called me and told me that the spark plugs were still good. They also fixed my bumper so that it looks new. They completed the service on time as scheduled. My car runs great now! I would highly recommend Boyden Brook for all your auto needs.

Friendly staff and fast service. Whether I go in a for simple oil change, or a full repair I always leave satisfied and knowing exactly what I paid for. Their technicians are always honest and give you accurate estimates. Even their waiting area is comfortable and nice! I can't recommend them enough.

I have just begin to go to Boyden Brook in the last year. It is a short distance outside of the village of Canton, but sure is worth it! They do a great job on body work as well as mechanical. Also very friendly employees and are willing to work with customers to ensure they get the best service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Service is nice I go there for the hertz rental . It is kind of in the middle of nowhere in farm country though and that location does not participate in all the same deal plus on the website they don't allow after hours drop off but they actually do have that option at the location. Best to call them to make a reservation after you find the promo codes you want to use.
