2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Duramax LTZPurchasing this 2017 2500HD from Upstate Truck Exchange was my first time experience with this company. I have seen his vehicles and pricing offered online, but going to his outfit in person really sold me on starting to do business with this company. Derek was not only professional, but enjoyable to work with. He answered every question, and even adjusted his schedule to accommodate to mine. After purchasing over 15 vehicles, I can say that buying this truck from Upstate Truck Exchange was one of the best transaction I have yet to experience. I m looking forward to doing business with Derek and his team for all of my future vehicle repairs and new purchases. Thank you for standing behind what you re selling in quality and services.

Derek was extremely patient answering all of my questions. He showed how professional he was through the whole process. Derek took time out of his Saturday to allow me to come look and test drive the car I purchased form him. Because im out of town all week.. I called him the following Thursday and let him know I would be back in town on Friday and that I would come by and sign all the paperwork. He said no problem. But he also went a step further out of his way. As soon as I signed all the papers,Derek went straight to the DMV. I went and had breakfast. Derek called me about a half hour later. He said the plates are on the car registration and insurance papers are in the glove box. So when I returned everything was just as he said. But on top of that. There was a check for $150.00 that was refunded to me. Because the plates were cheaper than he estimated. You can t beat that. He is a very honest guy. A pleasure to do business with. And he will go out of his way to make his customers happy. It s 5 stars for me.Signed, One happy customer!

Derek was very very communicative, respectful and extremely helpful. He was always on top of things very quickly! This was my first time buying a car and he made my first experience amazing, he made the process very smooth and easy. I 10/10 recommend this place!!

Fiance bought a 2013 GMC Terrain through Upstate Trucks. We drove it halfway home and the vehicle began to shake. We then pulled off the highway to call the dealership. The owner told us that he drove the vehicle and had no issues. We then switched drivers so I could see what the issue was. The car did not seem to have the issue anymore. 1900 Miles later that same issue began to arise. Call the dealership and he tells us the car probably needs an oil change. We get that done. 1500 Miles later, same issue. We then take it to our local GMC certified dealer and low and behold there was a recall that was never done on the vehicle for the Piston and Piston Ring Replacement. The local GMC dealership caught this with a simple VIN check. Now Upstate Trucks refuses to refund the money of the vehicle or perform the work that needed to be done back in 2020. WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A VEHICLE OF OUR LIVES. Update : Owner claims she drove the vehicle for 4,000 miles before getting an oil change. Owner recommended an oil change AFTER 1900 miles, synthetic oil. Which we thought was a little odd. THERE WAS NO OIL IN IT AFTER DRIVING IT 1900 MILES, THEN NO OIL IN IT AGAIN AFTER 1500 MILES. This was because the oil consumption test back in 2020 showed it needed Pistons and Piston rings replacement. This is shown in the VIN check. Dealer knowing sold the vehicle with these issues. Disgusting,
