I can't thank Billy and his team enough for helping me out. This past winter I got into an accident, they were able to come right out and help. Billy always kept me in the loop and was honest about everything. Thank you!

We paid over $500 to have 2 batteries replaced in our GMC Sierra HD 3500 (through AAA). While this may seem like and should be a simple job for someone to do, the inexperienced guy who tried to replace them blew the 250 amp fuse that sits on top of the batteries. After we paid and picked up the truck, a mile down the road the battery light came on. We called to let them know and they said they didn't have time to look at it again. We needed the truck to be fixed that day! We called the owner and he said he would take a look at it on Monday (this was the Friday before). We didn't drive the truck all weekend because we didn't want to cause any damage. Monday morning we called and the owner said he was going to call his AAA representative to discuss as he believed this was an existing problem. Which is absolutely was NOT! His exact words "I'm not eating the cost"!! Long story short, his employees are apparently inexperienced if they can't even change a couple batteries without doing more damage and the owner is a complete jerk. They lied to AAA and wouldn't even take a look at the truck again after telling us that he would in good faith. Clearly he does not care about his customers or reputation. Because we'll be telling everyone to stay clear of this joke of a place. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles elsewhere!!

Rockers are very fast and helped me out on getting vehicles towed. Never seen no damage done on all the jobs I gave him. I very recommend rockers automotive.

Today I found myself stuck in a snowy driveway with no way out. My job is making deliveries and it was not fun to be stuck in a stranger s driveway knowing that I still had other deliveries to make today. Within 30 minutes of calling Rockers - they had me back on the road! I was treated kindly and respectfully. Not only did they rescue me but they made me feel like I had made a friend for life. I will always call them first from now on for all my automotive needs. I had such a great experience and will recommend them to everyone. Rockers in Oneida is truly the best shop around. They are very professional and experienced. Also their timely response from start to finish is fantastic. Rockers prices are affordable and they stand behind everything they do. I was stuck in the Verona cemetery and AAA was to come and assist me and they never called when they got there I went out to flag him down and he drove away . I was recommended by the State Police and they came it was to hard to get the truck in so the gentleman got a shovel and I got out then he moved the car so I could pullout . 5 star service would recommend them to anyone needing work doneService: Car towing
