Ralph himself set me over to get a diagnostic on my car, he told me to tell them he personally sent me and somewhere out of all that his crazy rude old wife told him I wanted my AC fixed for free HAHA.. no lady I was giving your husband over $1000 in work from a car accident that the other party s insurance was paying for on my car and he was doing the diagnostic as a FAVOR and the WARRANTY I have on my car was fixing the AC issue. Get over yourself. You just lost your husband a $1000 job because of your own assumption. She was very rude to people on the phone as I was standing there as well. She s awful with people and acts like a crazy money hungry old lady. Go here if you want your day ruined by this crazy family, they re all like this. They ll try to squeeze every last penny out of their customers. Squeeze this

They do a great job every time. I had new tires put on my truck, I didn't buy the greatest tires. They made sure the balance and placement of the tires were correct which took a bit of work. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for that shop that takes care of you and gets it right. Very happy.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Car broke down coming back to Buffalo with the family from the Adirondacks. Luckily, limped into Ralph's Sunday about 6pm. Got a taxi to the Days Inn and called Ralph's Monday at 8am and told them I was at Days Inn. John fixed my car by about 10am, despite most likely having other cars already lined up. Called John the next day from home and he answered my questions. Great job guys!!! I had already dropped my car off before reading all the positive reviews. They were true!

Disappointed. For a local business I figured I d give them a try over the chains in the area. Got my car inspected along with oil change- no problem. oil change was a little steep for a minivan I think $110 something? inspection was the normal $21. Both appointments were separate and every time I called for an appointment same routine, lady on the phone insists they re booked for the day but can check if the guys can squeeze you in, she comes back and they can. Both times I went their bays? were empty so unless I m missing something I don t think they were slammed with work. Anyways, this past week I called and asked them to switch out a battery and get the same let me check because we re booked today. She puts a mechanic on the phone who said he d do it for $50-$60... trashy for a local business to try to take advantage for a 5 minute job.

I had my vehicle towed to the garage for a quote on repairs. They quoted $1100 for a water pump repair. Next garage I called quoted me $600. I paid for my tow and they tried to hold my vehicle hostage until I paid for another hour of their labor . I sat down in their waiting area and very peacefully tried to reason with their mechanic, at which point he yelled at me for several minutes unprovoked. Had to threaten legal action to get my van and the icing on the cake was the mechanic had removed pieces from my engine in a grimy ploy to force me to use their garage.

I lost my mechanic that I had trusted and I was looking for another shop. I am naturally suspicious, but friends of mine pointed me here. I have not been disappointed. I am comfortable again. I find this shop honest and affordable.

Had a problem with a tire on the thruway and needed somewhere quick. Ralph's took my car in right away and didn't rip me off. I'd take my car here regularly if I lived in this town.

First time I went in for an inspection on my Jeep, 12:30pm- was told they couldn t do it because the guy didn t eat lunch. Went in today 4:32, 3 people standing in the shop- staring at me as I walk in, not a hello, nothing. I asked if they could do an inspection on my truck- they told me no they don t have time they close at 5. Never again.

Made an appointment for 8 am, the car didn't get worked on until 8:15.. Felt like it was useless to make an appointment.

Just paid $67 to have an issue fixed that they in part created. No reduction in price at all. I won t be back.
