Do NOT do business with these people, unless you want Mike, THE OWNER of the store to get angry at you for returning a part and basically throwing things back at you, and then proceed to tell you that they will no longer do business with you, when all you re trying to do is return a part that they got wrong. And then have their employees lie and say that never happened. Worst experience anyone could ever have.

Over priced on most everything unless your on the owners list then prices are still just ok. Terrible owner, zero customer focus, miserable attitude just wants to bully and steal while talking down to his customers. The regular workers like Jen are typically pleasant and helpful if you are willing to pay a 5-30% premium over competition or Napa online!

The lady at the counter suggested I buy a socket set instead of just a ratchet and single socket to save me money. I was reluctant to buy the set and she even looked for a store ratchet that I could borrow. Great customer service!

This store went above and beyond. We broke down about 10 hours from home at the sav -on. A broken wheel bearing. The woman here was so nice and helpful as was the gentleman. After walking over a mile with my husband and 3 kids they drove us back to where We broke down. After a 3rd walk to the store for a part my husband didn't realize he needed they dropped him back off again. They also dropped off the brake part my husband needed too after he ordered it. It arrived within an hour at our vehicle.I'm amazed at the kindness, friendliness and overall helpfulness and compassion shown by this store and specifically the woman here. Thank you thank you thank you for turning what could have been a frustrating bad situation into a manageable one. You're staff brought a calm to our whole situation. Thank you again!!!

I rated it 4 star only because I make deliveries there. The people that are there are always friendly, courteous and helpful. The few times I've been in the store, it's been neat, clean, and organized from what I can see.

Great part availability for vehicles big and small, with 3 stores and a local warehouse if they don't have it when you call its there in a short time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you make sure you're getting what you need. They are the place to go.

NAPA has been a business staple in Oneida for years. While the prices have kept pace with the competition, making things more expensive, the service was good and delivery was prompt.

I bought my back breaks and Rotors here and within 6 months they needed to be replaced and within 8 months they were metal to metal and when I called they told me there was nothing they would do for me my back breaks before this lasted me 3.5 years

Most of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, good quality parts for decent prices. They can get you parts for almost anything you need.
