My wife purchased me a remote starter for my truck, and set up an install date. I showed up to my appointment 20 mins early, and he got my truck right in. I sat down and hardly got comfortable before he was done. I was in and out before my original appointment time. The starter works great! You can't ask for better service than this! Highly recommend!

We had a remote car starter installed today and these guys are the best! Great customer service, quality merchandise and they had us in and out in about half hour! We will never go anywhere else! We Highly recommend DJR.

Excellent customer service and professionalism, very understanding and friendly staff. Got an starter for my Kia and plan to upgrade my old Prestige remote starter soon. New R-Starter works wonders! Highly recommend. Thanks to the gentleman on the front desk and his team.

Had our car starter installed here. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The vehicle was returned in the same condition as it went in and the work that was done was concealed very well. Remote starter works well and we are very happy with DJR.

***** BEWARE ***** I used DJR to have a remote starter put in my car. I had called to get pricing over the phone and decided to get the remote starter and the DRONE mobile as an add on so I would be able to start my car from my phone. I was told the price of the Drone mobile would be an extra $100. I paid $400 overall including tax. I however was not informed that after 30 days there would be a monthly subscription fee to continue using Drone mobile, I was confused and thought maybe this was a mistake. I called to ask about this since I was confused when the app stopped working, I was told that yes there is a monthly fee to continue using the service THAT I PAID $100 for! I asked why I wasn t informed of this before purchasing the added on feature, all they said was it tells you on the box . The person I spoke with on the phone did not seem to care and again told me that it says it on the box which I DID NOT receive a box for drone mobile, only for my compustar remote starter. I also did not receive anything until after the service was completed, so either way I wouldn t have known until after I paid. This was very DISHONEST and had I known I would have to continue to pay monthly I would have opted to not get the added on drone mobile feature. BEWARE before using this business as they will not give you all of the costs associated with your purchase up front.

Used them 6yrs ago and wasn't happy. Cost me a window track and my time to fix it because they used cheap af speakers (I paid top dollar for) and didn't shim them so the back of the speaker was rubbing on the window until it broke the plastic tabs holding it in track.So today I go there to grab a simple adapting harness. Being 1pm on a Friday I expected them to be open instead I read a note on the door that says give this phone number a call. Nobody answers and it's forwarded to voicemail.Avoid this hack if you can.

I highly recommend DJR and Aaron's services. Aaron was very helpful with troubleshooting the problems with my navigation unit. Flexible with scheduling appointments.
