What a breath of fresh air this dealership, and organization is! They are not the typical car dealership. They are ethical and fair. I wouldn t normally review a car dealership, but I hope that people read this and discover what I have. That West Herr is a very charitable organization. There s certainly things that they ve done that are public, but it s the things that you don t hear about that impress me the most. They quietly and humbly do amazing things for their employees and their community. I m so thankful to have them in my community and I am proud to be their customer.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Huge shout out to Greg Davidson and the rest of the crew! Took my fair credit and landed me in a 2020 Ram. Can't thank you enough! These guys were awesome to work with and had me out the door driving it home in a couple hours! Need a new ride head over and see Greg!

First time visiting, it's a new way of shopping for a vehicle, no auto dealers have a whole lot of new stuff on the lot anymore. Staff seems pretty typical of a car dealership, no issues.

We took delivery of our new Rav4 hybrid this week. Our salesman Rasheem made the process simple and low-key, and updated us weekly on the status of our car. Although there's a waiting line for this model, the staff never made us feel as though they were "doing us a favor"' but treated us well.

My heartfelt thanks go to Steve and his maintenance staff for their determination to resolve my engine light problem on my 20 year old Toyota Prius. It was an undaunting problem and they never gave up. The puzzle was solved at a cost that did not break the bank. The situation was handled very professionally and they always kept me posted on the current status. I also especially want to thank Jodi for all of her help. They took great care of my baby. We bought a used GMC Acadia. The only suggestion I would make for this dealership is to up their communication skills. The car is wonderful after a month of frustration. But they did make it up to us by paying our first month's payment.
