Great experience bringing our CRV here for service. Always personable and usually able to get in the same week if we need something looked at. Knowledgeable staff and they do a thorough job. Overall, this establishment is stacked with ballers and we really appreciate it.

Wow just had my first service appointment @ West Herr,Canandaigua and was so impressed. My car had a recall. Was able to get quick appointment. No waiting. They said 1 hour and it was 58 minutes. Update: West Herr took over the Honda Dealership a few weeks ago. At that time, I went once for service and and I totally believe nothing has changed except a few things. 1. Some of the upper management has changed. 2. The name of the company changed. 3. And ... they NOW have SUVs and sedans on the lot. So, I think that service will remain a constant or super great as well as our reliability of our two Honda cars. So, I totally believe things will remain constant as if nothing had changed. I expect superior service from Russ (Service Manager), Luke (Service Tech) and team.

I came in today to get my car serviced. I experienced the highly professional service providers kind and helpful explanations of required services and information about recommended services for my Honda. I am grateful for how I am treated and appreciate the staff that makes my experience a pleasure.

Really great products but pretty disappointed in the customer service. We first worked with Ann, who was so sweet. She worked really hard for our business and truly wanted to make a deal with us. However, her sales manager managed to pull the deal out from under her feet. He truly owes her the commission she would have earned. He stepped into our bargaining and started off the conversation by telling us just how much of a "GM guy" he is. He then proceeded to show us on KBB how the GMC Acadia holds its value better, over 3 years, than his Honda Passport will. He ended the conversation by telling us that we were a month late on receiving a first responder discount and that there was nothing he could do about that. After inserting his foot into my mouth, he soon realized he completely lost this deal. Maybe he could go across the street and do sales to Randall GMC. He might learn that a spray in bed liner with a puck system for towing doesn't need to be hidden with a drop in liner for resale. We're sorry to Ann for her deal being stolen.

My vehicle was in for warranty work and they were very professional and welcoming. I was able to work while I waited in the very nice waiting area.
