These guys are really awesome to work with!I came in looking for a specific car I had seen listed online.Jason M specifically helped me out buying the vehicle that I wanted. He really helped me out on the price, and the options that were available to me. If you're buying a vehicle from this place - seek him out.The rest of the crew that I worked with were great also! Nick and Cody went through paperwork with me, and it was a breeze, they are super easy to get along with, and very knowlegable.There was no pressure, and since I knew what I wanted coming in, these guys were focused on ironing out a deal that worked for the both of us. I drove away with a great value. 6 stars if I could give it.

The experience was awesome, working with Nathan and Joshua was great. The time and effort put in to ensuring I got what I was looking for was the best. There was no pressure into buying and Nathan was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. Great sense of humor, Nathan did make sure my buying experience was a memorable one. I got my beautiful vehicle. We had a great experience with buying our CR-V at West Herr Honda. The salesman, John B, that we worked with was fantastic. He was very responsive to us but also was aware of not putting a lot of pressure on us. We felt he gave us the best deal he could. He also was very good at hearing our needs and communicating that to the appropriate people. It was for that reason that we purchased the car from them, and we would not hesitate to visit them again for a future purchase.

I had the pleasure of having Drew as my sales person. My boyfriend and I walked into the dealership, I had a picture of the car that I wanted which was unavailable. Drew found a newer model for me in place of the car I had originally wanted. The process was very smooth and fast. I was in and out within a couple hours. Drew was very easy to talk to and we will be back to see him to get my boyfriend a new Honda! :)

I dealt with Dennis Flur, Maryam Al Qaisi, and Nicholas Prinzi.I finished a three year lease. All three of them put me into an even better updated new model.I was approved right away. I felt right at home there. They did not pressure me about anything. Maryam also made sure to offer services to accommodate my disability. Road side assistance so if I get a flat I have the help I need.Overall I give Dennis and team an A+ for making my time there an enjoyable experience.Highly recommend this location as their customer service is outstanding.Great job team! We drove four hours one way to buy the vehicle we wanted. We were able to do much of the paperwork online and over phone so we wouldn t have to spend so much time at dealership if we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Jason was the most helpful and sincere salesperson we have ever dealt with. We came to an agreement on price. And it was a very pleasant experience. Jason even introduced our dog to the staff while we test drove! The paperwork at the end did end up taking longer than expected so there was that bump, but all in all we are very happy with West Herr and would recommend everyone to ask for Jason Miller. He s helpful and gets his side of the work done right.

I have known Nathan since childhood. It was an absolute pleasure to have his assistance with the purchasing of our newer vehicle. ***UPDATE***Everything is great!!! Sales really does stand by their customers!!! Sales and Service have been great through out this whole ordeal! I am super happy with my vehicle!! Thank you West Herr for your commitment to your customersThe vehicle I purchased wasn t in top condition. They agreed to fix those issues right away. I found another issue ( among other smaller issues I could fix on my own) they weren t willing to fix. I was finally able to speak with Corinne who was really helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure this was fixed and I was happy. I will update to more stars one the piece is fixed.

Great experience from the moment I reached out. I was upfront and told them I was shopping around, and what other dealerships told me they could offer. I was also kind of crabby and said I m not making the hour drive if the numbers aren t right. West Herr Honda accepted the challenge, and got me in the vehicle I wanted at my price point. This was my first lease trade and it went as smooth as possible. I m now a proud owner of a 2024 Honda Pilot! Big Jon was the best!

Overall my experience buying a car from West Herr was great. Ryan in particular was very responsive in updating me when my car was coming and what I would still need. He answered all my questions. When my car did arrive he made sure everything was ready so that it was a quick in and out event. My only complaint would be they should change transporters as my car took far longer than the estimated date. I was told 45 days as a max but it actually took at least 65. Otherwise it was a good experience. I plan to buy my next vehicle from them. They are much more transparent, honest and friendly than any other dealership I have gone to so far.

Pleasant staff. Waiting room needs TV turned on. Did not happen despite my request to put on morning news. Legitimate but unexpected 4 hour wait. Staff did offer courtesy transport

The Honda employees are very respectful and professional. I went to get my oil changed and it was done in no time. There was hardly any wait at all. While I was waiting, they offered snacks and drinks. They were very hospitable

Our Technician Gregg was a credit to West Herr. He listened to our problems, assured us all of our concerns would be looked into, provided us with a beautiful loaner, kept us updated on all findings, and did all this in a timely fashion. Recently purchased a vehicle from West Herr Honda Canandaigua and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with in the entire process was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous! This included the General Manager, Bobby, the Finance Representative, Cody, and Sales Professional, Dennis! Dennis was very knowledgeable on the entire Honda line and took the time to explain all my options! I would definitely work with this dealership again!!!

Just picked up a new 2024 Honda HR-V from West Herr Honda of Canandaigua, NY. The car is awesome as was my experience dealing with the staff at West Herr. I would recommend them highly. Kudos to John E. my sales person for a stellar buying experience and to both Maryam & Bobby for their pleasant & professional approach to securing me as a satisfied customer.

Revised review.After my initial review the General Manager reached out to me immediately the next business day. He wanted to make sure the chip in the windshield was dealt with which it was this past week. It was filled to prevent it from getting worse. He did state they really thrive to be the best for customer service.Well this was my first experience with this dealership. We drove 1.5 hours as I had located what I was looking for online. The online response from Alex to get a salesman Drew in touch with me went well. The salesman was attentive to questions thru text and got me info quick. He also let me know the car is at another location and stated he would get it back to their location and send me pics if any body issues with it. Unfortunately the car didn t get back as quick as expected so I never got any pics before arriving. He pointed out a scuff on the bumper, while out for a test drive we noticed the other side of the bumper had some more marks. They offered to fix those marks which required me to take a day off and drive 1.5 each way to do that. The option just wasn t going to work for my schedule. Eventually the sales manager offered me a little more on my trade to make up for the marks so that I could have them dealt with back home if I chose. At that point that was fine. Unfortunately on the drive home I noticed a chip in the windshield that i had missed cause it was raining when we were looking over the car. It would have been nice if they offered to pull the car inside so I wasn t cold and wet looking at it. Next we got handed off to the finance guy after I did an online application, after he was done a third guy to have me sign all the paperwork. Definitely a bit of a slow process and took about 3-3.5 hours. The last time i purchased in my local area I basically dealt with the salesman and maybe one other person but the salesman had me do all the signing and he dealt with getting me an increase on my trade a sales manager didn t have to come talk to me. I m not sure meeting 4 different people to get this transaction done was necessary. Once the test drive was done and I finally after much consideration agreed to purchase the vehicle the salesman was pretty hands off until we were ready to leave. Overall the experience was fine just a bit long and tiring. The staff that we had interaction were all very nice and personable.

The customer service from Chris in Parts was superb. I came in to purchase a rear window wiper and he said, let's take a look at the car first, before I sell you a new one, to make sure it's broken. It was broken, so while I was paying the cashier, he went back outside and installed it. Super efficient and easy and I didn't have to deal with it when I got home. Thank you!

Dennis was great. I went in thinking i knew what I wanted. Turned out it wasn't what I needed. Dennis did a great job working with me to figure out the best option. He followed up with me and took care of everything. The downside is that they push their extended warranty relentlessly, even after you choose not to take. I've bought used cars before and I have never felt so uncomfortable. It was clear they didn't understand their customer.Update: Just wanted to update, that I changed my rating from a four to five star. I received a call from the manager regarding the excessive push of the warranty. He apologized and went above and beyond to ensure me that it is not the culture of that store to do so and will take it as a learning experience. Great serviceUpdate #2: The previous update mentioned a manager call going above and beyond. The manager had said he would follow back up with me Monday (the call happened Friday) to see what he could do to "make this right". The follow up call never came. Am I surprised? Not really. Disappointed because I did believe briefly that the people actually cared about customer service? yes. Updated again to 2 stars. I hope my experience was just a series of unfortunate events.Hopefully the final update. I was contacted after this review was posted. They did end up following up on their word. Overall a company owned by someone who does care about the customer and their reputation. Just have a few kinks to work out

Fantastic experience! I walked in and was greeted immediately by Brian S. Everyone was friendly and the process was quick and very easy. Was able to test drive on the spot with no issues and was able to pick my new Accord up the next business day. Great place to look for you new vehicle!

Took my Honda in to be serviced, Luke in service hooked me up with a loaner. I'm impressed with Jeff in the garage at he was able to identify the issue. Had to wait a week for a replacement part so when I went to get a couple items I had left in my car hJeff showed me in detail and explained the issue. I appreciated him taking that time. Luke kept me updated every step of the way. Happy with the service and love my Honda! Highly recommend.
