I ordered tires and made an appointment online to have them mounted and balanced, I had a 6pm appointment. When I showed up there was a sign on the door sorry for any inconvenience but we are closed I did not receive a call or email to reschedule, they gave me no notice. OH I did receive and email the following day at 6am saying my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I went to costumer service to try and get my tires, after waiting for 30 minutes they were finally located. Will not go here for car service again. Very disappointed.

Beyond rude as hell getting dirty looks from the minute I pulled up with a very flat tire then was told they were not going to change it unless I bought 2 brand new tires!!! I m not even from NY there prices are crazy and if I just brought the rim in what would they have done?? The kid here has a rude attitude never again will I come to this Walmart for nothing!!! This is why i don t shop at Walmart at all

I bought tires online. Wanted to have Walmart put them on. Call to make appointment. Never answered phone. Called back rang and rang. finally someone in another department picked up and and transferred me back to auto. Rang and rang. Finally someone picked up and said can you hold a minute I said sure. All this while driving hands free of course on the thruway passed 3 exits approximately 25 miles never picked back up hung up. The proper way to put someone on hold is to tell whoever you're talking to to please hold for a minute go to the 2nd call ask them if they want to leave a message and someone would call them back then go back to the original call.

Very fast and efficient service. Prices were lowest in our area. No oversell on tires and extras. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Will go back for my next set of tires.

Service was good staff polite. Wait time was a little long but I'm sure that's due to a staffing issue. I get my oil change regularly from here and my tires also rotating

I always give up before I actually make to the counter. Their prices fair, but I wouldn't know how it ends up. After 15 minutes in line, and listening to what they can't do for other customers, I walk out. I assume they don't have enough staff to take care of what I need.

I was told on the phone over $100 cheaper for tires than what I had to pay after I got there they need to give accurate quotes because it made a huge difference for me then they charge extra for balancing that they failed to mention on the phone who changes tires without balancing them??? No one. so that cost even more so I'm not impressed at all

Have had great experience earlier but when I was trying to make an appointment the woman on the phone kept telling me how they couldn t squeeze me in bc people already made appointments. I understand that, but I too was trying to make one. Not sure if she understood that. Next time I will just go in and speak to someone.

I made an appointment to have my tires put on. Arrived 15-20 min early and wasn't even talked to until 45-60 min later. I know it's a busy season and took that into account. However; I called several days in advance and made an appointment. Upon standing here for 2+ hours I talked to several people. 2 of which said "they said they don't take appts." Maybe that was there first problem. Making an appt that they didn't intend to keep. Customers stood there while employees stood watching us, no one taking initiative to try to move the process along, no one taking charge. Until finally one lady came in and made head way to a manager whom seemingly wanted to help but only seemed to help the lady that made her presence known. Which much respect. I always worry I'll leave missing a lug nut or something so I stand back and observe. Moving on... I asked two employees to check on the status of my car.... ironically they did, but never came back to tell me. How did I know, glad you asked. I have Microsoft sync, my phone lit up saying my car had been turned on. No thanks to the staff. The only positive I did see a gentleman that seemed to jump in, one of there employees and began directing things. But I felt that he was given employees to direct that weren't for for the job. I work in human services so I'm all about providing equal opportunities these gentlemen were not disabled but older and seemed to have no drive or maybe a sense of direction. Regardless I spend over 2 hours to have tires put on of which I provided the tires after working all day long with a supposed appt that seem to make a difference and being one of the first people there I was the last to leave. And noted all of the repairs I asked for weren't done. Definitely a bad experience but I give credit to the gentleman that clearly seemed irritated and trying to run a tight ship keep his cool and at the same time reach him employees and satisfy his costumers. Maybe we crack it up to be seasonal rush. Or maybe lack of direction in those difficult situations. Thought I'd share. My opinion is my own experience.

I bought all season tires through them and had them put on. Definitely the cheapest of everywhere that I looked (target, BJ, Mavis). The Auto center was a zoo when I got there and seemed very unorganized and chaptic. I had an appointment at 11 and they didn't have my tires marked correctly and then when they got that figured out right I didn't get processed until about 11:35. They finally took my car back and I shopped then had to wait another half hour and my tires were done about 1.5 hours later. Would I do this again? Maybe, if I had absolutely no plans to do that day but that place needs more employees or an overhaul to get their stuff together. Happy I saved money tho.

Got 4 general tires from there. Price was good. After about a week the tire was losing air. Took it back for oil change and to fix tire, they said it was the valve stem and they replaced it, another 2 weeks go by and it's still losing air. Going back for a 3rd time now to try and resolve the issue. Also didn't reset tpms sensor locations which is a minor inconvenience but still, it only takes all of about 2 minutes to do this. Wish me luck for trip number 3 for the same issue..that is if they can get me in...

We've bought our last three sets of tires for different vehicles here and had them installed here, as well. Been the best price available, and the experience has always been a positive one. Only thing I will say is they really could use at least a SITTING AREA for those waiting on work being done, especially now that the Dunkin Donuts on the store is no longer open, but I've managed to do shopping and then find a bench elsewhere in the store to sit at while I wait. Could be that this has changed since the last time I got tires installed a few months ago, but at least at that time, there was still no waiting area in the auto/tire center. And it's been less than a half hour each time. Very pleased, and just called to make our fourth appt in the last year now, and expect good things once again.

Went in to get my front passenger side tire replaced and balanced as well as an oil change. The staff did an effective and efficient job in a timely manner and I was back out on the road within an hour after I stepped in the door.

I have nothing but positive experiences. I've bought six tires from here and 12 oil changes. Price is good and the service is great.

Very rude customer service both picking tires up and having them mounted, the workers are very rude and use lots of attitude I do not recommend.
