We were in a pinch with tires shredding on our way home on a trailer we had just purchased. I called and asked if they had the size tires I needed and if they were willing to do the change out on a drop of a dime. I was told to bring it right in and they would take care of me. Nice people, facility and prices. Thanks for the help today!

After being told at the Nissan dealership that the nail in my tire could not be repaired, And that I had to replace all 4 tires, I drove down to see Jeff. He took my keys right away to look at the tire. About 15 minutes later he repaired my tire with a patch and sent me on my way! He saved me sooo much money and time!!! I couldn t appreciate it more! 100% recommend his shop to everyone.

Took the time to listen to and understand driving characteristics of me and my vehicle which resulted in a logical and sound determination of best suited tires that were then offered, mounted balanced and installed at a good and fair price. Knowledge enough that I would let them work on some items on my competition car as well.

Best guys in town for tire sales and service! We bring them all our tire and repair business, and no so do many of our family and friends. It's rare to find a shop that you can trust 100% these days, but Jeff and his crew are top notch!

I can thank Geoff and his crew for helping me out on Friday on a holiday weekend. I had a flat my husband called them up asked them if they had what we needed and if they had time. We're told bring it in and we will do our best they were half crew. Within 30mins I was on my way with a new tire. Can't thank you enough will recommend you over and over.

Saab friendlyEvery single time..they amaze me with their kindness and excellent service. Geoff really stands behind his work and makes sure your ride is safe and sound without breaking your wallet. Walked in with a flat tractor front wheel tire. Spoke with Geoff Hanford at front desk about tire. He stated the innter tube pulled the air valve in warded when tire went flat. He stated they would do their best to have tire fixed by late after noon. In lest than an hour repair was made and I received call from them ready for pick up. Excellent customer service and very congenial attitude by all their employees. Well managed bussiness would "Highly recommend them for any repairs. Up & Beyond efficiency!!!!! Tom Stevens customer. Uptown is an upstanding and outstanding business. Geoff is always putting his customers first and foremost. I have never and I m sure never ever will have the feeling I m getting taken advantage of. Which you do at many other auto repair businesses. I absolutely trust uptown auto and tire and Jeff to always give Me the best price and to do the best work. My family will never take our vehicles anywhere else.

Always take our vehicles here. Geoff and the staff are great. Never try to get you to do work that is not needed. Very honest, you are only charged for the actual time, not the "book time" like the dealer. Great price on tires. It is nice to have a trusted mechanic.

Fantastic guy to work with. Went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Ended up getting 5 bigger stock rims and 5 tires for a great price. He gives big box chains competition for certain! Give him a call.

I ve been going here ever since I got my first car, and if I wasn t moving soon I d continue to go here. Geoff is an amazing and incredibly honest person. When my first car began to have issues with overheating and I was in there constantly, he was patient and tried his best to fix the issue. When we finally found a solution he didn t even charge me for it. I would highly recommend Geoff and his team to anyone looking for a mechanic in the Canandaigua area.
