Scheduling, quoted time of completion, communication, and customer service all could not have been better. Have been a loyal customer for 14 years and will continue to be. We need a tire put on a rim so the mounted and balanced in a timely manner. The employees were very kind and helpful. It was also good price.

Trying to fix my 1988 boat trailer. Your guys put a new wheel bearing into the wheel hub and sold me new tires and the proper tire rim to replace the obsolete ones on my trailer. Great service! I told Mike that my wife and I feel we always get the best efforts from your store. Thanks again.

I have been a customer of Steve Shannon (formally Trombleys) for many years..My husband was a faithful patron before he passed in 2007..we love the people that work there..even though over the years the names and faces have changed the maintenance, repairs done on all my vehicles has been great. I have recommended to many people to try this business..very down to earth and I feel they have always been honest and up front with me..I appreciate all of them past and present!!

Friendly and very helpful in finding the right snow tire replacement for my car. Service handled my concerns and respectfully put my spare tire and tools back in the car that I had used to put on the spare tire. Pricing was reasonable. I will use these services again and recommend them to others.

This was my first visit to the business and A++++ all the way. From check in to checkout, excellent service. I checked in 30 minutes early for a NYS inspection so was prepared to wait. They got me in and out in 20 mins flat. I will definitely be recommending and a future customer. Well done!

Very prompt and honest service. Very nice experience. Service guy was very knowledgeable and pleasant. They fixed an issue I had with my hood and only charged me like 22$ for it, a cup of coffee these days. Overall service was very reasonably priced for the work they did. First time customer, not the last time.

Came in to have my relatively tires a checked before a trip, because my car was reporting tthat the e pressures were low. In less than an hour all four tires weee restor d to the proper pressure, the warning signs we see e extinguished, and best of all, the service was COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE. Thank you, Steve Shannon Tires!

The guys at Steve Shannon Tire in Canandaigua are the best. I have an older car with multiple problems and they have helped me every step of the way. From diagnosis to repair, they have been fast, accurate, and reasonably priced. I won't go anywhere else.

Came across these guys completely by accident when my car stalled out literally right in front of their business. They did not hesitate to come out and help . I have returned there for routine repairs and engine light diagnosis. They are always friendly and explain things well. Will definitely continue to get my car serviced there.

I had very good experience with the quality of service, they definitely live up to their reputation. The fun part is watching Steve multitask doing several things at the same time without missing a beat. Great service, fair pricing, kudos to all the service people.

I needed a new gas tank. The staff was great! Richard did everything possible to save me money and did an absolutely fantastic job on my car. Very very pleased with the service he and the rest of the staff took care of my car! I will definitely return whenever I need repairs again!!!

If you ever find yourself in need of tires fast, this is the place to go. We were in a jam, needed tires and the guys here hooked us up like a racing team for Nascar. I brought in my new John Deere Lawnmower tire to be repaired. It literally took 11 minutes from walking in the door to get the tire fixed and back out again. He even took care to make sure there is no scratches on the rim, and he even bagged it too.This is the second time I have been in the shop and they did a great job on my trailer tires the first time.I most definitely recommend these guys.

Long story short. Since Trombley sold to Shannon (in Canandaigua), my experience has been horrendous. I ve been going there exclusively for almost 6 years since I moved to Canandaigua. Always trusted JR and the crew. Not so much now. After my last terrible experience with them, I went to a different place to get my oil change and inspection. When I picked up my car, the mechanic said that my dipstick was missing and that a screw was inserted into the opening. He said he had never seen anything like that before. He ordered me a new dip stick. Really??? To be perfectly clear, Steve Shannon/Trombley in Canandaigua did this probably because they thought I d never go anywhere else.

I took my car in for a routine oil change. I asked that they check battery and antifreeze. They told me that the battery was fine and the antifreeze was good. They could have told me that I needed a new battery and a change out of antifreeze, just to make more money at my expense. I recommend this company. They have earned my trust over the years.

I needed a couple tires and an inspection. Mike told me leave it for the day, we will fit it in between appointments. My car was done before noon! They worked with my budget but didn't steer me to cheap tires. The price I was quoted is what I paid. The employees were very friendly and honest with me. I will be back in the near future for 2 more of those tires! Check them out, I think you will return just as I plan too!

Be careful with this business. We called to get a price for putting tires on our vehicle. Was quoted $100, was charged almost $150. The man behind the counter was unapologetic, kept making excuses and would not discuss the reasons why their estimate was not complete. Been doing business here for over 30 years. Just don t know why they couldn t be more upfront about the price when they quoted it.

The sales staff know their stuff.They are willing to help find the right tore deal for you.We have bought all kinds of tires , from semi trailer tires , to small dump truck tires , and not to exclude passenger car and pickup tires.They are good folks to deal with.
