This is the best shop in the Finger Lakes folks. Honest down to earth people that truly care about their reputation and the services they provide. This is a hidden gem if you know what I mean.Matt and Dakota are awesome dudes and will save you tons of money. They truly care about their customer base and will go above and beyond to not only explain what s going on with your vehicle but also to get you fixed and back on the road.I recently took my vehicle for service and they quoted me a specific amount to later come back and tell me that I will save and additional 300+ dollars because they were able to figure out things for cheaper. I mean who does that these days? Do yourself a favor and bless these good people with your business, you will not leave disappointed.They have a customer for life here.JP

A friend recommended this place and I am glad he did. They were accommodating and reasonably priced. Their Dodge tech Dakota solved an electrical issue quickly and I had my vehicle back the next day. Thank you!

Super friendly and honest! I came from out of town to see the solar eclipse and they were honest in troubleshooting my issue and even showed me good eateries nearby to help me enjoy my stay. Outstading. I highly recommend.

This shop has consistently delivered excellent work, on a very timely manner. Dave is fantastic to work with and always gives you the full details on what needs repairing, and the costs are very reasonable. This to me, is the only shop I ll go to in Canandaigua! Thanks for keeping my 99 7.3 on the road!

Hubby was concerned about the front brakes. We were headed on vacation so we couldn t wait until our regular shop could take care of it.Someone suggested Steele & Bell. They replaced the rear brakes and all of the lug nuts (? approximately $100). The front was still the same.Our regular shop repaired the front brakes this morning and the car stops as it should now.I recently had new brakes all around, for le$$ than what S&B charged for rear brakes (and new lug nuts?).

I had a horrible experience at West Herr Ford trying to charge me 8x the amount this shop charged & they even found more that the dealership missed & did it in way less time than what the dealership was stating it would take. Please don t go anywhere else! They are honest people & will not disappoint & try to take advantage of the situation! Thank you again!Service: Engine repair

Steele and Bell has been my service location for my last 4 cars. They are honest and trustworthy. I have never felt they are taking advantage of me. They have always done quality work with a quick turn around and what I asked to be done. In addition, they also let me know what is going to need attention and how long before I have to have it done.

Awesome place that knows what they're doing!! Very reasonable prices as well! Don't bother going anywhere else it's hard to find an honest shop that doesn't try to finagle the price for their own benefit. Steele & Belle has gained a lifetime customer!! Thank you for being fast & awesome!

My truck wouldn't start so I called Steele and Bell and had it towed there. They called me the next morning and had the problem diagnosed. They identified some other problems and I told them to fix them also. They were lifesavers. Great job, reasonable priced, and very thorough. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend this business.

8 years ago i took my car to another shop in town and was quoted almost $1200 to fix it. I decided that was too much and was gonna look for a new vehicle. Someone recommended steel n bell so i gave it a shot. They inspected my car and i only needed $370 in work. Been going there every since. Best automotive repair service HANDS DOWN!!! Great service fast service friendly service.

Only place I have ever trusted 100% with my vehicle. Hard working, fair prices, great group of people. Whatever you need for your vehicle, start with Steele & Bell. I have been taking my cars there for over 15 years.

These guys are great! I'm a first time customer but I'll never go anywhere else again. They're extremely knowledgeable, fast, and have amazingly fair prices. Def one of my top favorite shops in NYS.

I had two other garages in Canandaigua tell me I needed brakes and struts. My Fiance' told me to take it to Steele and Bell and they would tell me what I really needed. When I took it in the vehicle did not need any work. That was 4 years ago and I go there all the time now. Always great service!

Wife won a raffle for a free oil change here and I took it. Was so impressed with these guys that I've been coming back ever since. Feel like I can really trust them and they will never bs me.

When every other mechanic failed to figure out what was wrong with my car, I took it to Steele & Bell; they found the problem & fixed it in a single day. Cant recommend them enough. Real professionals.

Steele & Bell looks like an ordinary mechanic in Canandaigua, but they are anything but. My family have trusted them these twenty years. I grew up with their kids, and they are some of the best people I know. When I say Tom and company are honest, I mean consistently honest. Most people who put themselves out there to work on your vehicle today are career criminals. Not these guys. Here's what you do: just stop in their office; you can sense the difference.
