This is the second time I've had to take a vehicle to this shop. First time a few years ago someone backed into the front of my vehicle. This shop did an amazing job repairing my vehicle, going as far as repairing my mangled plate so it was almost unnoticeable. This was done through Gieco and super easy.This time around I sadly ended up with a dent in my tailgate. I got a few quotes and they by far had the best quote. The customer service is a 10/10 as well. Each person I spoke with was extremely pleasant and friendly. The work they do is unbelievably top quality. They even repaired the top plastic which I didnt expect. I think my tailgate turned out better than factory haha. They're also ordering the emblems for me to replace my existing ones. They stayed within the original quote, no extra costs.There's a reason they have close to 5 stars.

RF Collision is a business that understands customer service! When I called to inquire about doing the body work I was met with a very friendly person on the phone and was told that I could come in anytime for an in person estimate, no appointment necessary.When I arrived at the shop, I was surprised to enter a very pleasant, and clean reception area. I was greeted kindly and almost immediately the shop manager went out to inspect my car. She then apologized that she wouldn't be able to get it in any sooner than next week. All the other body shops I talked to were booking out at least 3 weeks. So needless to say, there was no need for an apology!The work itself was delayed slightly, but that was wholly due to manufacturers parts delay. And when the delay occurred, they went the extra mile to make sure that I was being taken care of.When I picked up my car I was more than happy with the work they had done. I argue that you cannot tell that any body work had been done at all, let alone replacing most of the exterior components on the front corner.Now to top it all off, a few weeks later a slight concern rose. I went into the shop and there wasn't even a moments hesitation. The immediate response was "we'll take care of that for you".I'm beyond happy with their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service.RF Collision has a new life long customer!

Took my truck here because a Victor shop could not finish the job correctly. They made an extremely frustrating ordeal into a pleasant one. Excellent customer service and excellent body work. I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Ran into some trouble getting parts and my vehicle was delayed a while. That s not their fault though, there s manufacturing shortages. They were very accommodating and helpful and made sure I always had access to a vehicle even after my insurance paid rental expired. Repairs look great, like it came off the factory line and they detailed in inside and outside before giving it back to me which was a very pleasant surprise. 10/10 would go back if I have another crash.

Like my wife and myself, I m sure you heard the story about someone getting a brand-new car only to have it involved in an accident shortly after taking ownership of it. Unfortunately, that was our real-life experience!!!My wife owned a 1981 Camaro that she bought new, it was her baby . After we were married in the mid 80 s and the kids starting arriving, it just wasn t feasible as a family car so we sold it. Her nearly 35-year dream was to own another 1981 but that wasn t going to happen (I didn t want to deal with the work and cost needed to restore an 81.); I suggested she go after a new Camaro instead. At first she resisted but then realized, why not! So towards the end of Covid in Feb 2023 we ordered a 2023 Camaro 2SS 6 speed manual, 455 HP, fully designed to HER specifications. Unfortunately, Chevy cancelled that order in mid-2023, however Garber Chevy quickly converted the order to a 2024 model. We continued to ride the production rollercoaster and in October 2024 the 2024 Camaro 2SS arrived at the dealership!!!!! Imagine how happy and excited she was when her dream came true.Three weeks after bringing it home she took it out for what would be one of the last outings prior to taking off the road for the winter, a short run only 3 miles from home. On her return trip somebody decided to turn right on red ..BUT without any stopping, yielding, etc. and CRASH!!!!! That resulted in the whole side of the Camaro, with only 484 miles on it and just shy of 3 weeks old being destroyed; nearly $15000 in damage!!!! Fortunately, no major structural or drive train damage. As for the guy who caused all this, he was driving his company s contractor s van which sustained only minor scraps to the corner of the front bumper and a broke turn signal lens cover.We immediately contacted Garber Chevy who referred use to Gregg Middlebrook, the Body Shop Manager at RF Collision in Canandaigua, NY, just down the street from Garber Chevy. I promptly called Gregg explaining the situation, he clearly felt our pain. He promptly arranged for us to bring the Camaro in for repairs. With such a new vehicle getting parts seemed like it could be a challenge. But Gregg accepted the challenge and we gave him 2 basic requirements:1. If it s broken or damaged, replace it don t try to fix it as this is a NEW car we want to pick it up looking like it was just delivered from the factor.2. We aren t in a hurry as the car was to be coming off the road for the winter so take your time and fix it right!!Gregg and the RF Collision Team did NOT disappoint. While they had the car for sometime (and we were totally fine with that), when we picked it up you could not tell it had been in an accident ..all new exterior panels .front fender, passenger door, rear quarter along with many interior components, stripping, paint, etc. And fortunately, the insurance company for the guy who hit us never bulked at any of the work done or parts required.Our next challenge was getting it home as we live over an hour away, its winter (early January) this car was NEVER supposed to be exposed to salt. Fortunately, we had a few days of heavy rain so with the salt washed off the road, we wanted to capture this opportunity. The problem ..the best day for pickup based on weather and clean roads was a Saturday RF Collision is closed on the weekend. Gregg had been out for a while due to personal business so now we don t have him turn too. In steps Emma Gardner, also one of the shop managers who covered for Gregg in his absence. She too could feel our pain and help coordinate completing the paperwork and pickup with Garber Chevy .by the way, Emma was also significantly involved in helping to get the Camaro repairs completed.THANK YOU Gregg, Emma and the whole RF Collision Team for helping to put the excitement of owning the 2024 Camaro 2SS, the last model year for the Camaro ..and returning the smile on my wife s face.GREAT WORK RF Collision!!!!

Great people to work with in the office. I dropped my car off on a Monday they took a look at it. Had my Geico estimate I think that night. Then they asked me if I had a ride him. I said my ride would be there in about an hour. They said no need we'll bring you home. The same week I dropped my car off they called me that Friday the bumper and fender were done. So, I went to pick up my car. It look great and they even detailed it. I had to call them about something miner and they informed me my spare key was there. So, they were nice enough to drop my spare key off to me at home.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My insurance guy told me that it's $50 a day to have a parked car there after they look at it and tell you it's a total loss. Ridiculous. Because of COVID I'm assuming. Also most body shops don't ask you anymore if recycled parts are alright.

Outstanding work and great people. My Cadillac looks great. Had the front bumper replaced and some trim. Perfect paint match.He stopped in at my weekend job at Ace hardware to buy some stuff for his house while we were having a cookout and were able to share some good bbq wings together.They like to get to know everyone at least a little.Quality work and definitely a good neighbor I can call whenever I need them.

RF Collision was recommended by my auto insurance for repairs following an accident I was involved in. They made it very easy to schedule and coordinate a rental for the time my car was being tended to. Hit a deer 2 days before Christmas, had my car towed to RF Collision. Got my truck back within a week. Fantastic work. Looks brand new. They touched up a couple of spots that didn't pertain to hitting the deer plus detailed it in and out. So pleased with the work and got my truck back so quickly. Dropped my car off after hitting a deer. Picked my car up and it looked like a brand new car! Not only was it repaired beautifully, but they detailed inside and out. I did not expect even the outside to be washed & waxed, so when I got into the car and realized the inside had been done as well, I was extremely impressed! It smelled so clean & fresh it almost made hitting the deer worthwhile! Also want to say that the staff was friendly and work was completed in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend them.

Everyone at RF Collision is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire insurance process with Allstate. They repaired my RAV4 after I hit a deer. It was done quickly and the work done looks great! The vehicle being detailed before I picked it up was a nice touch as well!

We took our car to RF Collision with a very large scratch on the door. The staff not only assured us that they could take care of it but had it done within 24 hours. I looks fabulous! Not only did they fix the scratch, but the car was washed and waxed and the inside was completely detailed. When we picked up the car, I felt like we were driving a new car, it was so clean and even had that new car smell. Thanks RF Collilion for wonderful, courteous and speedy service.

Someone backed into my car and RF Collision repaired it to brand new condition. They were friendly, courteous, and professional at all times, and my car was repaired earlier than estimated. Is than an option for a 5++ star rating? From the very beginning, this repair shop set the bar as high as it could go. Initially I called and spoke to a gentleman named Killian. After expressing hesitation to make the appointment, he assured me that my vehicle would look as good as it did before the accident. He took the time to walk me through the paint matching process, in extensive detail. I was really taken aback on how professional, kind and sensitive he was to my concerns. When it was time to drop my vehicle off for repairs, I was welcomed by the front attendant and the owner/manager himself named Joe. Joe took the time to walk the vehicle alongside the insurance inspector. He was kind, professional and very knowledgable. There was no detail left uncovered and answered all of my questions. I left feeling confident that my car was in the best of hands. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, I was once again greeted by the owner/manager who ensured I was completely satisfied with the repairs. Honestly, to the naked eye I could not even tell that work had been done! It was a flawless execution and a perfect match. Thank you all for such an amazing job! I will surly recommend you to friends and family!

RF Collision exceeded my expectations! I was generously given a loaner car while my car was repaired (2weeks). Surprise number one, it was not a hunk of junk. When I picked up my own car I looked at it with a critical eye and it was beautiful; it was impossible tell that the entire passenger side was previously damaged. As an added bonus they detailed my car! I will never go anywhere else. Hands down an amazing experience.

We have taken our vehicle to RF collision on multiple occasions. We find their work to be first rate very professional. Hailey kept us up to date on any delays which were all due to supply chain issues only. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely awful do not bring your car here took 3 weeks to complete repairs then I go to pick up my car and there s more problems than ever before wasn t even drivable now they re telling me they are not liable for something that obviously was caused by something they did. If you want your car in working condition when you pick it up I recommend to not bring your car here whatsoever. They claim there was a diagnostic ran Saturday morning before I picked my car up then this would have come up. I didn t even make it down the road had to wait at tops .1 mile up the road for a safe ride for my kids as I didn t want to drive the car even back to the shop with my children. Was not drivable the moment I received it and of course they closed at this point. If diagnostics were ran this would have came up it wasn t even drivable.

My husband had hit a dog sized woodchuck in December and I scheduled a fix with RF collision to fix it. Just cosmetic damage. It was gonna be 3 days so they gave me a loaner car. On the third day the loaner car wouldnt start...I wasnt mad though it happens...but they came and picked me up and even detailed my car while this was all going down so I could take my car home when I got there a day early They even cleaned my salty weather tech floor mats. Even though the loaner car broke down, they did right by me and accommodated what I needed. I will use them again.

Very satisfied with the work that they did. Had one small issue, took it back and the fixed it no problem. Only thing is that they should wash,and clean the inside of the vehicle before returning it to the owner. Lots of dust and dirt on the inside of the car. Other than that wonderful people, very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this place.

Can't begin to tell you how incredible this place is! I had an unfortunate accident, was referred to RF by Geico insurance. They were so very nice, completely thorough, did a fantastic job in a reasonable time and I'm very happy with my car. A+ service!!!!!!
