Just wow! You can't ask for better service and quality work. I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else again. They were in contact with me throughout the day, letting me know what was going to be needed and why, without trying to sell me something unnecessary. I've been to the shop, a couple times now, once for great tire prices, and now for Brake service, all in all great service! Great prices, and a wealth of knowledge and experience!

My husband and I only see David Rommel as our mechanic. He's excellent at what he does, the only person we trust. We will always continue to go to Qual Tech ! :)

I just started going to Qual-tech. Sometime last year. It was a referral from someone I knew. I think they do a great job!!! They don't seem to be like other repair shops. They are honest,and do great work. While not draining your wallet!!! That is key for me. The staff is also friendly,and helpful as well. I would recommend other people as well to check them out. Won't be disappointed!!! Things haven't changed!

New Year's eve my jeep quit on me. I knew what the problem was but couldn't do anything about it myself. Qualtech not only got my jeep right in, but they also listened to what my thoughts were on the issue and fixed my jeep fast! Very fair pricing and they even paid the tow bill and put that cost on my invoice for me. Best experience I've ever had with a garage!!! I will be returning to them with any future concerns with my jeep. Hands down service!!! I'm a very happy camper!

Worst experience for a rear brake line. The mechanic lied and told me it was a rear drum adjustment issue. The truth was, the mechanics did not bleed the brake line and wanted to charge for a rear brake drum adjustment.

Alright, I have only been there once. I was just there for an oil change, but I ve never had such personable and friendly service at a auto service and repair shop. There s only one place that even comes close on friendly service and it s 900 miles away! I ll be back to Qual-Tech. Quick and priced right.

Dropped a car off Sunday with no appointment and supplied my own parts. STILL had the car done by end of day Monday and saved me a ton of money and time!

Had a great experience with them, they had called me with a question that the oem part couldn't be reusable. But could get the replacement part with in the same day. I had gone to different shops seeing if they could do the repair and was turned away. But Qual-tech had the repair done within in the same day as the appointment I had with them. I had my first visit yesterday and I am beyond pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable service. I was so pleased that they fixed what needed repairs at a very reasonable price and did not try and tell me other things were needed like many repair shops do. Best car service in Canandaigua. Very good service and pricing. Since they opened I haven't gone to anyone else for repairs. I use to hate taking my car in for service until I met these guys. Even with everything going up they are still mindful enough to keep the repair prices reasonable. The best thing about Quale tech is there honesty and family like atmosphere. They care about every costumer.

I've been to Qual-Tech a handlful of times over the past 5 years and service has ALWAYS been fair, honest and friendly. They acknowledged when it was time to junk a car rather than put money into a head gasket, did a great job welding in a new exhaust system and installed a transmission that hasnt given me any issues. I would recommend Qual-Tech without hesitation!

Today we brought my dad s 2012 Ford Ranger in for an inspection. Our mechanic Tim was thorough, professional and engaging. He brought us back to see the one small, inexpensive thing to be repaired prior to passing inspection. That meant a lot to my dad who is 88 yrs old and has ALWAYS taken good care of his truck. He appreciated Tim showing him the issue. From the moment I called to make the appointment we were treated with respect. This business THRIVES because of it s great reputation for being HONEST. You don t have to advertise if you have honest, competent people who win your respect. We were referred by others so I am paying it forward. DO NOT HESITATE to consider these folks to take care of your vehicle. You won t be sorry!!

This is flat out the best place to take your car. They are beyond honest, while others will try to screw you. The always have a solution and they can work with most budgets. They recently told me there might be a problem, they worked on that problem. That wasn't the actual problem and all the work they did on that they didn't charge me a cent for it. These people are amazing. What a wonderful family, and we should all be so grateful to have them here in Canandaigua. Jenny is always a delight to talk to, and Jeff knows what is going on and gives you multiple options to get you through. Wow, these people are amazing. I should have really posted sooner because they have done so much for me and my family. THANK YOU, so much Qual-Tech family, you're amazing folks and I can't thank you enough...Dan Rivera

Qual-Tech is a quality repair shop! Not only did they get our truck in right away, but they found a problem that needed fixing that could have been dangerous. They are fair with their pricing as well.We're happy to have found such a great place to take our vehicles

People here are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel as if I'm being dealt with in an honest up front way. The work is done in a timely manner. And I've never had any problems. I recommend this place to everyone.

Have a Mercades sl500 top wouldn't work, Jeff was friendly and from time I started talking to him knew he was honest and straight forward. He fixed what others said couldn't be fixed and did a great job, thanks so much. Very fair priced as well.

This is the best car mechanic I ve had. Never thought I d find an honest one and being a young single female it s easy to be taken advantage of. They got my car in and out and not only charged a thousand less than what other car mechanics quoted me but cleaned my car for me! Amazing customer service.
