We had a custom tub glass enclosure done by the Glass-doctor in Canandaigua a few days ago and what an amazing job they did. From the measurements to the actual install, was great communications, excellent workmanship at a great price! Thank you Krystal and Glass-doctor for the final completion of our bathroom!

The glass Doctor was very quick and efficient and provided a perfect finish! Our new windshield is perfect, and they were able to recalibrate the safety system! The whole team was super friendly and made the process easy and painless. I highly recommend to anyone.

I chose Glass Doctor in Canadaigua because of the excellent reviews. My experience interacting with Crystal and Dennis was really excellent. Their customer service especially if there is a small glitch in the process were met with pure customer satisfaction in mind. I certainly will do business with them again.

We had a very large 8' half round window that had cracked. The Glass Doctor responded immediately, ordered new glass and removed the broken window and replaced it in one day while waiting for the contractor to repair the frame. The workers were professional, courteous and responsive, as was the owner. Going to use them again to replace a smaller window.

They did a wonderful job. Safelight refused the job so I was referred to glass doctor and they were fast, efficient and I have had no issues with the replacement at all!

Called in afternoon and they had the window the next morning. Dropped truck off and was fixed in a few hours. They did great work and were very friendly.

This is the second time we have used Glass Doctor. Once for a window replacement and recently for a framless glass shower door. There prices are great and very easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Needed to replace my windshield, and Glass Doctor was timely, professional, friendly. They came out to my house to do it, which is super convenient. The man who did the job put all the stickers and EZ Pass neatly in place on the new windshield.

My bathroom renovation had several delays this fall. The Glass Doctor team was so understanding and ready to answer all my questions. I am very picky and they respected my choices. Service was excellent! It ended up the crack on the windshield was to big to fill but they were able to get a windshield the next day and able to fit us in right away! They work with you on time and was very courteous and professional! Thank you and will recommend to others!

I called here to make an appt. to get a chip fixed in my windshield of my pickup truck. They got me in within a week, I showed up early figuring I would just wait the extra time and they took me right in and I was out in probably 20 minutes! They were professional and friendly and quick, and the price to fix my chip in my windshield was the cheapest of all the quotes I shopped around for. Will keep them in mind for my other trucks when they need windshield repair! Thank you guys for fixing my trucks windshield you made a bad day so much better

Krystal got in contact with me when she found out I was going to have to wait over 10 days for another company to come fix my windshield. the Glass Doctor was here in two days. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. They even came during nap time with my daughter and they were so quiet, happy mom, happy wife, happy life.

The glass came in earlier than expected, the two men made every attempt to minimize the amount of glass that went on the floor. They cleaned the glass and even adjusted the door to close better.

A big shout out to great service! The response was quick, Crystal was very nice and helpful. The owner got there early so I was able to drop my car off and when it was finished they brought it to me. Couldn t ask for anything better! I would highly recommend! Thank you

I called about a crack in the livingroom window, they came out in less than 2 hours for measurements. They called when the window arrived and installed it the next day (would have been same day if I was available). It looks beautiful! Great experience. Highly recommend.

the techs showed they were courteous, clean, and fast. the broken windows look new with the new glass installed our existing double pane windows. thankyou when i need some glass replaced i will be calling you guys at glass doctor again

The folks at Canandaiguas Glass Doctor have been my go to spot for a long while now. Their quality and workmanship has surpassed all I have used before them. They deliver on time, everytime. From the moment I walked in the door of their new facility I felt like a member of the family and they have constantly exceeded my expectations.
