First time using them after the changeover to Gerber. I continue to be impressed with their work- hit a deer on my way to work and chose to have Gerber complete the estimate and repair. Couldn't be more pleased- the Canandaigua team kept me up to date all along the way, and the vehicle was actually completed and ready for pick up 5 days earlier than they had originally anticipated. And it looks great! Highly recommend and will be a customer again if needed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass in Canandaigua NY if you have the misfortune of being in an accident. Jen at the front desk and my estimator Shawn Kepler were both courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Very Nice environment workers are very down to detail it only took a week and the had the car looking brand new inside and out the front desk people were quick and friendly 10 out 10 rating highly recommend if you need car repairs

My wife was in an accident. We brought our car for a slight fender bender. We were told by the company that they do not schedule for collisions that cpme in. That the repair would take 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks was up we did not receive any updates. After another week went by we called and were told it would be another 2 weeks at least. Once we picked up the car I made it as far as 20 feet before all the dashboard light came back on.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

If you need paint or body work in the Finger Lakes, you would be crazy to use anybody else. Gabrielle and her team are fantastic. The office kept me in the loop as work progressed. The body repair and paint work were top notch.I've been in the industry my entire life and I was very impressed with the work they did on my car. When I got the car back, I asked a few friends from my days selling cars to point out the flaws in the paint. They all pointed to areas with factory paint, far from the repair area.

What a great experience! I hit a deer one morning on my way to work. I pulled in without an appointment or calling first and they helped me right away. Both Kate and Shawn were very helpful and made my experience wonderful. It took about a week and I received updates during the process. My car looks amazing. The inside of my car was cleaned and I believe the outside was too. I would recommend them to everyone!

My guys!I went there to get my bumper fixed.They worked with me on the price so that I was comfortable.Not just that, but when I went to pick it up after work (to very nice people I will add), I got into my car only to find that they detailed my interior.I was about it!5/5 would recommend to anybody.Service: Body & Trim

Couldn't be more pleased with the handy work and the overall service of Nu Look. This was my first time with them and they didn't disappoint. Shawn was very thorough and stayed in excellent communication while the vehicle got repaired. The end product was staggering. I recommend to everyone.

My wife and kids were in an auto accident involving our family van. We knew the damage was pretty extensive but were hoping that it could be safely repaired since we had been enjoying a reliable vehicle with no car payments. After Nu-Look based on the suggestion of a person who has previously interfaced with them, Sam Schouten said he'd be happy to take a look right away since we were teetering between repairing the van or having to get a new vehicle. Based on his initial assessment, he thought the damage would be too extensive to cost effectively repair, but said he'd go through and complete a full estimate to let us compare against the insurance adjuster's write up. Sam turned this around in a matter of a few hours and got back to us right away. Unfortunately, his conclusion was correct and it was not worth repairing. We made arrangements to pick up the vehicle after the shop was closed for the day. While driving there in the rain, I anticipated a wet ride home since the rear window of the vehicle had been shattered in the accident. To my surprise, the Nu-Look team had outfitted the van with a temporary plastic sheet over the area, shielding it from the rain. I wasn't even a paying customer of Nu-Look on this particular day, but this little measure of above and beyond service has already secured me as a future customer of theirs! People often take the time to complain about a bad experience, but sometimes forget to extend appreciation for a positive one. Thank you for the bright spot during the aftermath of an auto accident... much appreciated!

We walked into Nu-look to receive a quote for a damaged bumper on 12/12/18 just after 4 PM. we asked for a repair quote at which time we were informed there was nobody available to look at the car. No explanation was given and no information was provided on how to proceed. The receptionist merely continued to eat and seemed uninterested in helping us. We simply left this establishment to take our business elsewhere. This was one of the most bizarre encounters we have ever experienced with a business.

I hit a deer and had some damage to the front of my car. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had my car back in a short time, and it was washed and vacuumed, too! I would highly recommend them for all collision and glass work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Gerber is amazing. Helped me fixed my car (body work) as cheaply and fastly as possible. A few other places quoted me 4k+ for this repair and Gerber found a way to actually make it affordable to me. Extremely friendly, smart, fast, reliable, and I would go back there instantly with another repair.

They are the best collision center around! I hit a deer and they took the car right in and worked quickly and efficiently to get it done for me. When I went to pick it up, they saw that they had missed something and without a thought they took it right back in and fixed it right away. I would recommend to anyone and everyone! I hope you never need them, but if you do this is the place to go!!

This team does incredible work! The place runs smooth, thanks to Ken the manager. And the work that Jake (the painter) does is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great body shop.

Walked in with NO appointment and Hannah and Gabrielle looked at my car, fixed a cosmetic issue at that moment, and gave me an objective assessment as to a permanent solution!Honest, friendly, knowledgeable service.... by two women in a male dominated industry! Hurrah Nu-Look! Well done Ladies!

I can't speak to their repair work, but the customer service is awesome! I actually went there for Hertz Rental Car. I had a reservation and confirmed said reservation, but when I showed up at the agreed upon time, no one was at Hertz. Gerber took care of me, even though I am not a customer of theirs. They called Hertz for me and had someone come out. Not only that, but they also waited with me after closing. This is clearly going above and beyond what was necessary and has earned them a new customer. Any future repair work that I need will be coming to Gerber Collision in Canandaigua. I can't thank the folks enough that took their time to help.

WORST BODY SHOP EVER! they don't return calls, they lie about when car will be done, car took over 4 months to get done, with very little feed back from them. A lot of damage to my car, and they did a great job fixing it. They called me twice a week with updates which was really nice. In addition they cleaned the inside of the car which was really nice.

I went to collision shop across the street and the young guy said we had to get ahold of our insurance adjuster and there work was like 3 weeks out and they didn't have a loaner...blah blah blah...went right across the street to nulook and we never looked back....they handled everything...got us a loaner and handled all the paperwork with insurance company...and did a excellent job on the work and kept us informed all along the way....I wouldn't go any place else..

I went in for an estimate for a little cosmetic damage on my clear coat, I left with it removed and cleaned up, on the house. They will definitely be recieving my business in the future.

They have a decent detail service, but they forgot to clean the interior windows. They quickly fixed it as soon as I could bring it back in.
