Ive been bringing my travel trailer here for service for 3 years now.. It s a pleasure to bring it here, at least 20 miles out of my way and passing by 3 other locations who offer service. I go out of my way because FLX does good work and they are honest. These attributes are so hard to find in the world of RV repair.

I highly recommend FLX RV Group. I have a 1998 Pleasureway/Dodge Ram. I was concerned if anyone would know how to work on a 25 year old vehicle. They were knowledgeable and experienced about both the RV and the Dodge Ram. They were very thorough inspecting both and finding and fixing what needed to be repaired or replaced. They were also very innovative in finding solutions to fixing somethings that parts were no longer available for like my swivel seat that no longer swiveled.I feel confident that they brought my RV up to standards and that it is a safe and a fine running vehicle thanks to FLX

Dropped off my trailer and it was a very professional facility! Looking forward to picking up the trailer! Will update with more info!UPDATE: Trailer is done and works great! Had the works done to it; brakes, tires, wiring etc. its safer, easier to drive and better for my horses. Thank you FLX Auto! I ll be bringing more trailers there in the future and will spread the word!

FLX is the best! They have done many repairs for me over the past couple of years and they always do a great job. Friendly, professional service and quality work, what more could you ask for? They recently suggested replacing the shocks on my vintage Toyota RV and the ride has greatly improved! Wouldn t take my RV to anyone else.

We have looked for competent and honest shops to service our RV and were discouraged until we came across FLX Auto. Now we are confident that our Thor Delano is in great hands. They helped us add lithium batteries more sole panels. They were instrumental in finding and installing levelers and we are very happy with the service.

I was having difficulty finding replacement parts for our 7 year old travel trailer until I contacted FLX RV Group. Jessi started searching right away and was able to order the necessary items. Communications with this business was excellent via both phone and e-mail. I have every intention of returning to this business for our future RV needs.

I have been bringing my RV to FLX auto for the last several years. They are the best and most knowledgeable at RV repairs in upstate New York. I ve owned my RV for the past 13 years and before I started bringing it here it was never a satisfactory job. Every time I bring it here. I am satisfied with their work and knowledge. These guys are great. !!!! my RV has 128,000 miles on it. This allows them to do new things that they had never seen before in repairs and always figured it out and did a great job.!!!!

I bought a very used utility trailer off of Facebook. I thought it just needed a quick inspection but the folks at FLX found all kinds of problems that made it unstable and unsafe. I wasn t happy that my good buy cost much more than I planned. But I am grateful to FLX for doing quality work at a fair price with excellent customer service.

Was very pleased with the way we were treated. Every one we dealt with were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Jennifer went over everything that needed to be done with our RV and called us if there was anything else that they found. They did not do anything without our approval. Told us if there was something that we thought wasn't right to get back in touch with her right away. Excellent-5 stars. Kirk Stebbins

Had a goose neck hitch put in my pickup truck. They did an excellent job. Did not have to wait long for the appointment and It was done in half the dayI've had 2 other trailers there They do very nice work and qui have recommended them to friends.

I found FLX Auto Group after I couldn t get a quote for 2 months from the dealer I purchased my 5th Wheel from. FLX Auto Group was very responsive from the start. They were very professional, efficient and most importantly the quality of their work was outstanding. I finally found the local RV dealer I can trust and rely on!

Third time getting my RV serviced and as always an awesome job! Many RV dealers in the area will only work on the vehicles they sell. FLX has been awesome in helping keep my RV running in tip top shape. Great customer service, work always done excellently and really great to work through any issue I may have. I had driven an rv from sc to Canandaigua and needed a NYS inspection for the rv. They did the work ASAP. I couldn't have asked for better service. They will do good work at a reasonable price.

I have been a customer of David s FLX Auto Group, for more than two years since moving to Canandaigua.They had always taken care of issues that I had along the way with U-Haul, which I had appreciated very much. David was also flexible in the times that he allowed me to return and pick up U-Haul equipment as well.I just came in for my auto and trailer inspections. FLX Auto went above and beyond to save my family's vacation!! While pulling our travel trailer from Toronto to Watkins Glen, we had brake warnings appear on our dashboard regarding the brakes on our 32' travel trailer. We called numerous RV repair shops in hopes someone could look at our trailer to ensure it was safe for travel. After being told 20x by various garages that they were booked solid for a week, FLX AUTO GROUP agreed to inspect our trailer on the spot! After doing a thorough inspection they discovered our brakes were fine BUT our shackles that hold the equalizer for the suspension systemwere either disintegrated or about to fall off. This could have led to an extremely dangerous accident.FLX Auto ordered the parts immediately as well as offered their yard for the night for our family to stay comfortably in our trailer. They even set us up with water and hydro to make the stay as enjoyable as possible!Thanks to FLX Auto we were on the road by 11am the next morning, only missing a day of our family's holiday! We can not thank them enough for their hospitality, honest inspection and care.Thank you FLX Auto for saving our family vacation and ensuring our safety!

A part broke on our travel trailer exhaust fan. FLX had us bring in the trailer on the day we first called, had an estimate the next day, and procured and replaced the part 2 days later. Now the fan works again! This is the best experience we have had with any RV repair business!

FLX has become our one stop shop, for our cars and RV. They have fixed issues that other RV dealers were unable to fix. We also use them for RV Storage. They are reliable, fix it on time, and easy to work with. On two separate occasions they fought for us tried multiple ways to resolve issues with RV manufacturer and their supplier. We were passing thru from Ohio to Maine and I crushed the exhaust pipe on our 36' class A RV (don't ask). After waiting hours for Coachnet to find someone, I talked to the KOA that we had just left and they gave me FTX's phone #. I called and they said "bring it in and we'll look at it." I pulled in and they were on it! After assessing the damage, I was asked if I just wanted to get back on the road, or want it fixed. I asked them to fix it. A couple hours later we were back in the road. I thank God I found these folks. I trust they were already busy but broke in to help us get moving. I can't say enough about them or how we appreciated their help. Locals, support them every chance you get!!Service: Exhaust

I've brought my RV to them multiple times for various issues. They've fixed it every time, the first time and got me scheduled in very conveniently with my schedule. Communication was detailed and consistent throughout each visit. 100% recommend!!!

My horse trailer needed a new interior door handle in the horse compartment, and the diamond plate ramp spring cover hinge needed to be removed and re-riveted. Both odd requests, but they listed to exactly what I needed done and completed the repairs quickly and expertly. I had the trailer back in half the time that I had expected. I highly recommend them! They also did the inspection, so I know where I can take my horse trailer for service in the future. And, they were really nice to work with. That s always a plus. Thanks FLX!
