Tire pressure light came on while driving to MA. Stopped by and they helped us fix everything and get back on the road! Super fast and really friendly, this is probably the best shop I ve ever seen.

Great service. Great tire selections. They back their service. Great prices. Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable employees. Went back for another set of tires. Went in at 4pm (with appointment )and was out by 4:30. Quick service.

I can t say enough good things about the service I received here. They got me in at the last minute for an emergency repair; they were fast, friendly and beyond fair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a tire shop.

My son and I had a tire coming apart on his truck on the way home to VT. Scott and his tire technician Ray totally helped us out, had the correct tire and we were back on the road in under an hour. Thank You Very Much. Marv and Evan

If ever in need of ANY tire related issues, this is the place to go. I encountered an issue with my tire on my return home to CT. Just by chance I came upon Tire Shop. The ownership and staff immediately addressed my issue and made the repair and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. The compassion, concern and professionalism was second to none. I travel past Tire Shop several times a year. Going forward, traveling over 120 miles, I will go to them for any tire related needs. Well worth it!!!!!!

My go to place for new tires. The staff listen to what you want and make recommendations based off that. The tires are fairly priced. They also repair tires and do oil changes

Had to replace 2 tires. They searched what I needed and made an appointment for next day. Done in about 45 minutes. Asked them to give the underside a check and they did! Found a problem I wasn't aware of but needed attention. Have always had good service here and very helpful. They stand behind their products / service. At least they always have with me.

Picked up a nail in town and was able to get to the shop. They had me on my way in an hour. Very courteous, friendly, and efficient. My family that lives in the area has gone to Scott almost since he opened. Highly recommended.

This place was fantastic! Great quality service and extremely affordable. I was in and out in an hour. All of the gentlemen there were very personable. Some other notables are the vast array of complimentary coffee, tea and cocoas as well as an exceptionally clean bathroom and superb paper towels.

I've been to several shops in the area. The Tire shop treats you honest, fair, and got me out within an hour on the weekend too. Unlike my dealership they listen and dont put miles on your odometer when your not looking. I would recommend to anyone looking for a prompt and experienced team. If its wheel related look no further! They will keep you rolling!

I needed a tire while on vacation last week. They had thankfully opened that day in the middle of a snow storm and got us back on the road. Excellent customer service!

I enjoy letting people know when I feel they have gone above and beyond my expectations as a customer.After getting a flat tire on the highway at the start of family vacation we very fortunately found this shop. Not only did they have us back on the road VERY quickly, but the staff was personable, professional, and a true pleasure to speak with. They had exactly what we needed to make our trip a success. The staff at The Tire Shop were extremely helpful to me, fair, and easygoing. They treated me with respect the whole time, when I am definitely less than knowledgeable and was also crazy stressed and had a ton of demands on my time. Their prices are more than fair, and everyone I have seen in the shop the couple of times I have been there have always been pleased with the service as well. I am grateful I found The Tire Shop! They have certainly earned my business, and I have already started recommending them to others!

Had to pull off the high way due to my car shaking, everyone was quick to help. It was in the upper 90� and I was driving 300 miles with my car. They made sure to keep the AC on for him. Great guys! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Was in from out of town and ran over a screw. Had to leave the next morning so we were desperate to get in somewhere. When my wife called the associate said to come right down. We only waited about 40 minutes, they patched it up, put the spare back underneath, and sent us on our way. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you so much!!!

Great cu service and a great team very happy with my wheels and tires. Just got a set of ko 2 tires from Scott and his team couldn't be more appreciative of the service they gave me. They will have my business for as long as I need tires. Would recommend them to anyone looking for tires .

On June 4, 2022, I was driving with my mother and sister from Albany to Syracuse when my tire pressure light came on outside of Canajoharie. We got off the Thruway and stopped at a gas station to check the tires. After making sure they were filled and checking for any punctures, I searched online to see if there was somewhere to go to have a professional double-check for us. The Tire Shop was right down the road. We pulled up, told them the issue and which tire we filled, and they took my car right in. They ended up taking all four tires off and checking for leaks. And then sent us right on our way! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, and I felt much more secure about driving the rest of the way to Syracuse. I'd recommend The Tire Shop to anyone!

This place is top notch with the best customer service I have ever had at a tire shop. I am thankful that we were blessed with coming upon this place in our time of need during our tire blow out on a cross country road trip.

Very efficient reliable service from my point of view it looked like I picked up one of those bolts you weld on ships in my tire lol , Scott and his team took care of that with high knowledge and friendly customer service I was out of there in no time and for a decent price also one thing I know is I will always recommend the tire shop and they definitely will be having my busniess from now on don't miss out !!!

Excellent professional work, caring about customer requests and needs. Due to concerns over Covid- 19 and my allergy to rubber they made accommodations so workers did not enter my car nor did I have to enter the building to drop off my car or pay. Truly great service!

The team is friendly, the service is quick. The prices are very fair. The do not do alignments or any other mechanical work outside of tires which is a plus and minus. They have improved over the years and now have a large waiting area too. They have come a long way from their previous operation pre-flood. Appearence does matter in retail sales. Even with automobile service. It shows the customer you care about yourself, your work, and your work environment. That attention to detail transcends every aspect of your operation and creates greater sense of trust with the consumer.
