This horrible towing company they don't deserve any stars. Their customer service are rude, and they charge over price, taking advantage of the truck drivers, i didn't even call them. The cops called them, so they towed my semi truck 11 miles . They charged $2400 .What a rip-off, so drivers, if you drive a semi truck or car or a van and you need help ,stay away from this Roosevelt st, i don't recommend it, you all have options, it's a lots of towing company out there, with a fair price.

My vehicle broke down on the thruway right after the Canajoharie exit. Called Roosevelts to get a tow. They were there in a timely manner. However, they misplaced the key to my vehicle and took almost a week to find it. Then took another week or so to even look at my vehicle. They couldn't find the issue so they did not charge me for looking at my car. But they did charge me $290 to tow my car 17 miles. They were nice people but way over charged.

I will not recommend using their services My truck broke in I 90 west bound Iroquois Travel plaza I call them to do force region to my truck when the mechanic driver arrives he did nothing only 5 minutes for just diagnose with computer to see the codes and told me I have tow you to our garage he treated me badly by threatening and harassing me I told him I didn t call you to tow my truck if you can t fixed just charge me for what you did and charged me for 2 hours work plus other service fees. He threatened me by saying I will call my towing guy, he is telling me the travel plaza is not safe and is private property you can t stay here, If the police see you they will tow you and I told him call the police I am not going no where and if I need a towing company I will call other towing companies I am not on the shoulder of the road or blocking any traffics it s a convenient place you can take 10 hours and 34 hours reset in this plaza which has plenty of parking spots and great restaurants like Starbucks, chick-fly- A and other great restaurants. He also told me they are the only towing company that are allowed to work in the I 90 east and west bound When I told him you will not tow my truck call the police he scared So truckers be careful don t waste your money and time they will not do anything for you their service is bad they over charge people.

Just used them on I 90, truck broke down. They was able to fix the issue, but they are overcharging. Initially I been told that it will be $475 which includes first 2hr, road service call and fuel charge. They worked on the truck for about an 1hr and bill came out $671. When I ask Steve for explanation he was very rude. Back and forth with him he dropped to $594.

Moved out this was a couple years back. Was recommended Rosevelt s for vehicle repair and I couldn t be happier. Solid prices and service.

Grimey people . Wrecked my car. They towed it. And now are purposely holding my plates cuz they want me to pay a tow fee I never asked for. Now my license is suspended due to this. Just mouthy grimey cents these people are

I know a lot things.but air dyers and airlines are not at all on that list.But the young man , ISAAC, he knows this stuff very well. He was quick to listen to what happened, acknowledge my frustration and then came up with a plan to resolve the issue.So to me this young man s positive attitude, off set my annoyed attitude and that was much appreciated.They were there with 20 minutes of my call, and me rolling with a new part ASAP!

Will never use the service again waited two hours on the side of the road for him to get there when he finally got there he was swearing yelling at me then he backed into my truck twice and push me back into the ditch destroyi oh and they brought the copsng my bumper then charged me $300. Not to mention they bring the police with them to there customer who in return always give you some kind of stupid ticket. The worst garage towing experience I've ever experienced in my lifeService: Car towing

Blew a tire on my Class A RV on the I-90 and these guys fixed it. Highly recommend them. In addition to doing a great job on the heavily travelled road, they were professional, courteous, communicated well, were concerned about our safety, gave me fair warning about the exuberant cost of having this work done on the Thru-way and encouraged me to get off if possible. They also gave us great advice about after we got it fixed and followed up the following day with pictures they had taken to provide to insurance. I do NOT recommend staying on the Thru-way if you can get off!!Service: Tire change

Great service. Have taken my cars there for various reasons and have always gotten them back in a timely manner and whatever problem, solved! Very knowledgeable about all kinds of cars. Towing service is local and thruway. Reasonable prices. Great group of guys in service area and office personnel are always courteous and on top of things.

Avoid! Worst customer care. The mechanics are ok but the guy at the counter that manages, will not talk to you will not give a s... abou you. He made me stay in the parking in the truck 5 days for him to order 1 part and put it up. When I offered to give him the vin or serial of the part he said no. 4th day he asked for the vin and ordered the part. They removed my axles while towing just to make sure I wouldn't fix the problem myself and leave. Worst experience with a shop in my entire trucking life.

What an amazing group! My wife and I broke down with our camper. They showed up, loaded the truck, towed my camper to their shop and dropped my truck at a local dealer. He moved me, my wife and our two dogs and frankly he told us about the town on our drive. We re going to be the entire weekend waiting for our truck. But the team at Roosevelt got our camper back to the local KOA for us so now we have a place to stay while we re waiting. We can t wait to go out and see some of the sites the tow driver told us about.These folks really helped us through, what could have been, a much worse day and we are grateful. My truck broke down at the TA of I-90. They came quick and towed me to a Peterbilt dealership. They also went above and beyond and brought me to a hotel! Thanks guy s EXCELLENT SERVICE 10/10

I'm not a regular customer and am from out of town (visiting family). I had an emergency (brake lines failed) while in Canjo. I was able to (slowly) drive to Roosevelt's before all brake fluid depleted. They were able to fit me in within a reasonable time frame and fixed the problem.

My truck broke down on the NY thruway 90 west bound. After calling multiple companies I was able to get ahold of David from Roosevelt's, he came out in his service truck a short time later to assess the situation. After seeing the problem he dispatched Greg in a heavy duty wrecker to the scene. In mire minutes Greg had my tractor and double trailer's hooked up and ready to be towed to their shop. David drove me to town and he informed me where I would be able to get something to eat. Bothe David and Greg were very professional and safety conscious. The next morning the shop put John, one of their mechanics to work on my tractor, he was able to aquire the needed part, and mounted it on my engine in a short period of time. I would highly recommend Roosevelt's to anyone who has a need for professional help with their disabled vehicle. Wouldn't you know I had an issue on the 4th of July, my diesel had an issue but these guys didn't come out but they did give me the phone number to the NY state hwy department and they sent someone out to me.Update: People like me? I was not nasty it's not my nature. I was in distress!!! You could have left your comment without the judgements! Report the facts. That's what I did. I'll give you an extra star, feel better?

My truck broke down and they showed up Isaac showed up in a timely manner professional and addressed the problem and was pleasant to have work on my truckgot me up and running in no time had everything for the job on the service truck thank you. Will use again!!

Very helpful. Will explain to you what your car needs and why, especially women. What is most important to get done first. Very thorough. If having your vehicle repaired here, they have a very comfortable lounge to watch tv or on your phone. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful. It's our go to place!

We were stranded, called AAA and they sent Roosevelt Towing. Dude shows up without a tow, calls other dude, tow guy shows up & tows us to the shop. They told us we were getting towed to get a tire elsewhere but then they wouldnt bring us to get the tire...it was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. We think our trip totally ruined. So we get to the shop, they tell us we are stranded, better call someone, but theres no uber, no cab, no bus, no bar, no bathroom. Then mechanic Alex saves the day! Takes the tire off, lets us pee, pops in a valve stem & we are on our way with everything we need! Thank you Alex!!!! You have friends in Oswego County!!

One of the best auto mechanics around - hands down! I've brought my car in for repairs twice, and have been delighted - with the service, the price and the courtesy of the employees. I drive an old car and have been to many mechanics; believe me - you won't find better than Roosevelt & Son's!

Dave came out to inspect and change my tires on the NYS Thruway. He was fast, professional, and really cared about getting me back on the road. Dave kept in touch while I waited for new tires to make sure I was safe while traveling.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

I was in town take care of my late brothers daughter, and my car was stolen, my car was brought back. I called to pay bill and I was told only cash no phone payments during a pandemic when they no my cars at police station around corner. They didn t care that my brother died and had no compassion for the situation I was in . I wouldn t call them if they were my only choice because they have 0 integrityService: Car towing

They towed my truck & trailer out of a very unsafe spot on the thruway where I had broken down. Brought it all to their yard & then towed the truck to Utica for me to swap into another. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional & courteous. I also want to commend them on their bravery! When hooking up the truck, they had to work in the travel lane of the highway with traffic wizzing by. These guys do a very dangerous job & they do it safely, quickly & professionally.Service: Special vehicle towing
