Great communication throughout the time my car was at the shop, and job was completed one day earlier than the promised date. Repairs look great, and I appreciated the use of the loaner car. Thank you!

Overall this was a good experience.My car could have been cleaner when I picked it up. Not sure when or if they washed it but I had to run it through the car wash after to fully inspect it properly.The interior was not properly ventilated. The off gassing from the paint/chemicals was pretty strong and it took a few days to dissipate.The staff was very pleasant and responsive. The communication was quite exceptional.Suggestion:In the future it would be very helpful if the project manager offered a shuttle service for the rental car as it was would have made things easier. During inclement weather I am sure your customers would appreciate this.It was for these reasons that I did not give 5 stars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing job! My car is 100% back to normal! The staff are helpful, kind, and very professional. They always were communicating with me any updates about my car through the entire process. Wonderful!

Every Person that I have had interactions with in the office has been super helpful and supportive and I was kept up to date on status of my repairs!!! I have brought my vehicle here before and every time I have been super happy with my finished product!!! The staff are sooo knowledgeable and very helpful!! My car broke down on the way to work and AAA suggested Northside for my car to be towed to. Services took over a week and communication was poor to say the least and, according to car saavy friends and family, I was overcharged for the labor as well. The big kicker, on the first day of operating the vehicle after returning it to me "repaired", the check engine light came on and another mechanic quoted the problem at over $800 of repairs. I just left Northside spending $275. When I brought the car to Northside the mechanic was very short and basically asserted that, one, I was lying and the car did not arrive with a check engine light, it literally was towed in for engine failure, and two, that since the light came on after the vehicle was returned to me that it is not her problem. Interesting how I now have problems with the cooling system after Northside replaced my coolant tank. Completely separate problem "clearly". Stay clear of this business with a 10 foot pole. They will rob you of all your time and money. 0/10 recommend

I tried to give them my business. I went to my mechanic and he said the work I needed done was to be done by a shop like them. I walked into the center and explained my situation to them, they looked at me and without looking at my car or talking to me at all, just me doing the talking, they said they can't help me, they don't do that type of work. So I took it to another collision/body shop, they gave me an estimate for couple hundred bucks and is actually doing it. I guess if you ain't worth thousands and thousands of dollars, you ain't worth their business.

They scheduled me for Aug 15th at 7:45. I never received a call or voice-mail or letter that THEY RESCHEDULED ME. I'll be out of state when they scheduled me! I took time from my work day to be told this! Terrible service and I haven't even given them my car! Find someone else.

I was fortunate to be able to drop my car off and pick it up at a location around the corner from me, although the work was done at another site. Despite the fact that there were three different managers I dealt with at my location, they were all gracious and communication was always smooth. I also received regular text updates. At the end, there was a delay waiting for some final parts, but Northside Collision sweetened the pill by giving me a loaner car at no cost to me. I m no expert but when I received my car back, it looked as good as new. I would definitely recommend this body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fantastic. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. I was provided with a FREE rental car and was given constant updates on my vehicle. The employees were very nice and the manager Sarah was absolutely wonderful. They handled everything with the insurance company and made it a lot less stressful on my end. They took me right in at the scheduled time, worked up the estimate and time table. Extremely nice people. Very helpful. They worked on another car of mine and, I can honestly say, they do a great job. .

Amazing service, and got in for an estimate and repair immediately. They made a stressful situation much easier to navigate by facilitating the entire process with insurance and a car rental. I was extremely satisfied with Northside Collision. The staff was friendly and helpful, they kept me informed of what they were doing, and they even washed my car inside and out before I picked it up!! It was great service and they really cared about what happened to my car. My car was in a hit and run accident in my own apartment complex and I was so upset. They took the time to listen and get me in a rental car while they fixed mine. I was thrilled that it didn't take as long as they thought it would. I had someone crash into me in a parking lot a couple months ago, and Northside is right down the street. I couldn't safely drive my car without the lights that were blown out, so I took it to the closest place. I have no regrets. Every staff member that interacted with either in person or on the phone was friendly and informative. I got regular updates via text messages and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. They have loaner vehicles, but since there wasn't one available for me, they continued to pay for my rental vehicle after my insurance company wouldn't pay for it anymore. I was sad that I had to lose my bumper stickers, and they staff was sensitive to it. They worked great with my insurance company and I didn't have any stress from working with them. Unfortunately I hit black ice last night and hit a guard rail, so my car is going right back to them. I am confident that I will have another great experience with Northside Collision and I know that my car will be in good hands.-Jenn

Jeep wrangler was brought in for body repair after an accident. They repaired it in a timely manner and called every few days with an update. After picking it up we did notice some extra wind noise coming from driver's door. We called them up and the took it right back in and made some adjustments and fixed the problem. Could this have been found before the first pick up.. maybe. But either way they took care of it and provided a loaner while they had it. Over all very good job and would use again. They were a preferred provider for our insurance which I normally don't use because I think it can effect the repairs negatively. How this didn't seem to be the case . They used good products and dealt with the insurance after we filed our claim.Service: Body & Trim

Northside Collision was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and prompt in meeting my car repair needs. I was thankful that they worked seamlessly with my insurance company and provided me a quality loaner vehicle. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone and will turn to them in the future if the need should arise.

Have had nothing but a poor experience from beginning to end with this shop, they took almost 8 weeks to repair my vehicle with multiple issues along the way that they created only to have to return 2 years later with their work already starting to rust through the paint job that they did on my truck. I would not recommend their service to anyone looking for quality work.

I hit a deer with my truck this fall. It did a lot of damage. Being Northside is affiliated with State Farm, I went there. They exceeded my expectations. Fantastic customer service. They provide me a quality loaner vehicle. Called and checked in with me often to give updates. Their work on my vehicle was excellent. I highly recommend.

Awesome experience! Took care of all my needs with my car, which looks immaculate. Also had it done within a very reasonable amount of time. The estimate was right on point. Would highly recommend Northside Collision.
