An error was made on a recent purchase and i had to return the item to the store. Rachel apologized for the mix up, got the correct item and helped me with another request. I understand mistakes happen and Rachel handled my return perfectly. Good job, and thank you.

They ve held my trailer for months now & haven t even attempted to fix the issue. A problem that was evident the minute I bought the trailer new. This is the 5th time it s been back. Do your self a favor & shop somewhere that has service capability if you rely on your equipment

Thank you so much to Joe & Matt at United Ag and Turf for EVERYTHING! They were so helpful, kind and quick! Our farm was in a jam with one tractor down without a tire and they came through to save the day! Order our lawn mower and a plow for the mower in April. We received the mower in May but never received the weights, chains, or the plow. We been making payments on items they never gave us. They finally told us to pick up those items after we called many times. When we tried to pick it up, they said they don't have the items. Highly suggest looking elsewhere for your John Deere products.

Poor customer service, outrageously over priced. We ordered 36 Tiller Blades for our John Deere machine- when we went to pick up the order- it as $1205.28, found it at online for $293.40.We canceled the order and asked for a refund. The attitude of the sales person was of indifference.We won' t be back- Strongly suggest potential customers to check prices elsewhere before ordering with United Ag & Turf

Knowledgeable and well informed staff . Some of the sales people were busy so the owner of the place actually assisted me in purchasing a zero turn mower . I knew what I wanted as I had done countless amounts of research before actually pulling the trigger on this 3,000.00 purchase . The one thing I really appreciated is the owner not trying to sell me attachments that were pointless and a waste of money .Point of this review is I would go back there to purchase anything yard related . Do yourself a favor and skip Lowes or Home Depot for your equipment purchases . Support the mom and pop small business on the island. You will not be disappointed as everyone that works here makes u feel like family and knows the equipment their selling so they can get u set up for a beautiful yard .

Chief equipment has the most helpful staff! From sales to service all around great people. Cannot thank them enough for all of their help. My father Inlaw bought his tractor from Chief; said I have to get mine from chief they are great. Well My wife got me one for Christmas from chief. I just went in to pick up my bagger and let me tell you now I know why my father inlaw said I have to buy from chief.Mike and Billy are great guys, felt like I walked into my friends shop right away. They took great care of my wife and I. These guys are awesome!

Much better when it was the previous owners. Called me to tell me my parts were ready and I get there and had to wait 45 minutes for my parts since they didn't mount my tire and they were at lunch. Then still charged me 16 dollars labor for 5 minutes of work.

I just called up and the service person I spoke to was so rude. The company I guess was bought by someone else and is now chief equipment I believe. For the last 5 years I always received a $15 pick up and delivery for service in February. This year nothing. So I called to see and the person on the phone was a complete snot and should not be working there. I actually said to him the first thing the new owner should do is fire you. They do not offer this deal anymore and from the sound of it never will. Go somewhere else to buy your equipment. I also will be contacting John Deere directly about my experience.

Long time customer here , after Lacorte sold to chief all down hill since , love the Deere`s but the product support has to follow and that left with Lacorte Unfortunetly

Good place for John Deere parts....in fact the only place on the north or south forks to get genuine parts. Call ahead to make sure they have your part in stock.

Delivered heavy-duty machinery to this location, staff was polite, professional and eager to help. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone on the market for high end John Deer equipment.

Went in there to purchase a leaf blower. No one was on the floor to greet me. I asked the service person who went to the sales person who was busy chatting away... I gave it 5 more minutes then left and bought the blower from another dealer.
