I ask for hand truck 2 of them and they were not In . The truck then you guys charged my card $167 then send me a email with $94 dollars I won t the rest of my money

This uhaul storage unit has the best customer service! The manager Robert was especially helpful with our storage space. I m always weary about leaving my things far from home but he kindly advised us how secure the location was and made it apparent that there were cameras and locks. Robert is someone I feel I can trust and rely on. Any suspicious activity would be reported. The facilities is also spotless!! They also have everything we need for moving such as boxes. Would absolutely use this place and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you again rob!

EDIT: The GM was a tremendous help!Key did not fit lock, attendant was unable to let us into the storage unit. no manager was on duty during business hours approximately 4:00 p.m., so we made a trip for nothing.

Awesome, Went in with a list for a couple of boxes saw Scott who waited on me and had exactly what I was looking for couldn't be better Scott was terrific even gave me a sheet to go home with that have all the sizes on it and prices to make my project easier I still need 2 more so I'll definitely be back.

Stored our items there for 6+ years; however, when it was bought by uhaul the quality bottomed out. The former owners use to keep that place spotless and had regular, preventative extermination services. After the sale the hallways were rarely cleaned and we had items damaged by bugs (hundreds of dollars of damage!) no offer of compensation or even apology!

I have had storage there for 4 yrs. Never a problem. What is not to like. If you pay your bill on time, what problem would anyone have. Clean secure property. I would highly recommend.

They screwed up our online reservation, Causing us to have a late start. We went to the location we reserved and our vehicle was not on the premises and not in their system. We had to call three other locations to locate the vehicle we needed and we were forced to take a smaller size after all of the juggling around. Very disappointed in their service.

Scott on the phone was particularly helpful for finding a one way rentals to nyc. Helped me on the phone for 15 min find a one way rental through uhaul though he doesn't rent them.

I went to uhaul to inquire about storage and to buy some boxes. The manager Rob was wonderful and very helpful. I will be recommending this location to friends!
