Went to the dealership today for an inspection. While waiting in the lounge area received a text for the additional services that were recommended and was able to add on the additional services that I needed without feeling overwhelmed with the person standing in front of me feeling pressured to complete all the recommendations. Once my services were completed the price I was quoted was a few dollars cheaper than I paid. Also I had a question about my tires and Mark was able to answer my questions since I was given different information than he told me today. Professional per usual and only took about an hour and half.
