These guy s at this facility were very friendly, polite and very professional, oil change was done in a timely manor, very happy there, I ll definitely keep going to this location as I live 30 min away and there are 4 other oil change sites closer to me. Thank you for being open on a Sunday and a big shout out to you. Job well done.

Tim the manager(or some guy wearing Tim the managers jacket) doesn t have supplies to change oil ever. Doesn t even ask me what oil I want and tells me he can t do his job until supplies come on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I go back and same thing three weeks apart. It was close to end of day and I called ahead to make sure i could come in and was told to come in. Never gonna even waste my time trying again

Valvoline is so easy -- you can stay in your car while they do all the work. Staff is super nice and often top of your fluids for free. Keep up the great work, guys!

The staff is awesome. It was my first time at that location. I just bought the vehicle not too long ago. They didn't have the filter I needed on hand and they went out and got it is great job in a timely manner. I'm going there for all my needs this point forward. Good work Guys. I'll be back. Thanks. My car battery died at the vet a few streets down. Pup and I ran over here and someone drove to jump our car without hesitation. Turns out it was the manager. Amazing act of kindness. They gained a customer!

I usually don't have complaints as I used to come here everytime for my oil change. Not anymore. The last oil change I got I went out of town the next day and on my way back home 2 days later, I had to pull off at gas station due to my car not acting or sounding right. Called my brother who knows about cars and he said sounded like I was low on oil and told me to check it because if it was it could cause damage to my vehicle. Sure enough after a nice man helped me check my oil, it was low and I had to buy 4 quarts to put in it after paying over $100 at Valvoline for an oil change. The lady working told me to make sure I kept receipt to show them to get a refund or reimbursed for the 4 quarts I had to buy 3 days after my oil change. After that I took to mechanic still being out of town, which cost me a job I was supposed to start that following day, and sure enough he said oil filter was not changed. He even put it on the receipt and I was charged for him changing it out. When I got back in town, I went to Valvoline to tell them what happened and showed them the receipts which are dated and was told they would look into. After playing phone tag with manager I was told that they did nothing in error that they reviewed the video and that I should blame the other mechanic and that they would not refund me. However, they could not explain why I was low on oil and had to buy 4 quarts before I even took it to the mechanic(which again dated receipts) but still say it was him who did something wrong. I have escalated and reached out to corporate and will elevate higher if need be. I am very unsatisfied with how this situation was handled especially causing me to lose a good job due to this issue and basically having to pay twice to fix what they didn't do properly that was supposedly done correctly. I don't know if it was new people as I didn't recognize the people I used to see everytime I got my oil change there or what but I will not be returning.

I got an oil change today and was so impressed and happy with the fast service and staff who were very professional, skilled at their job and also very personable and nice to me. When I called the customer service representative on the phone m, she was so knowledgeable and sweet and text me a $10.00 off coupon for my oil change as well. I made sure I told their manager how great they were. A special thanks to the staff members at this location Noah and Antonio who did an excellent job and are a valuable part of your team. Carlos and Travis helped us as were stopped in an emergency overheated engine situation. They worked overtime, not able to resolve our situation but honest, hardworking and wouldn't take a dime despite troubleshooting for over an hour. Thankful for their honesty and integrity.

Excellent customer serviceOnly thing I didn't like is I noticed a worker showing and telling a customer that she needed anew filter, she declined. That same employee came to me with the exact same filter with those 2 leaves on it and was about to go into his pitch about me needing a new one. I stopped him and told him I just got the car and it's under warranty. I also explained to him that my appointment at the dealer wasn't until the end of Apr 2023 and I didn't want to wait that long. Got my oil changed and transmission fluid flushed. No line and quick service without an appointment. They had records on the car from years before and automatic updates on systems that needed to be checked. The technician Alex who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had been turned away from Monroe muffler for not having an appointment a few minutes before I came here. I m always coming here for non mechanical issues in the future.

The team is always very nice to me every I stop there. Austin helped me with my tires and Luis helped assist with my air filters. Luis also checked my car to ensure everything was okay & safe. I am a young female and faced predatory upselling practices at this location. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with the employees here. During my oil change I was told that my battery was almost dead and that it needed to be changed ASAP. I asked the gentleman working how serious this battery issue was, and he responded that "The last time I saw a battery this low the car died in three days." Skeptical of this, because my car showed no signs of battery wear, I went to a Dunn Tire location to get a second opinion and they ran a formal battery test. My battery came up as "Good". I will attach the test from Dunn Tire.At Valvoline, I was looked at as who could be taken advantage of, and someone they could earn a quick buck from. The call center is located off-site and they not know the availability of the inspectors and the status of how busy the mechanics are. Call center confirmed with me that they have space but when I went there within 10 minutes the ground staff was not able to take me as their schedule was full.

Go to your local neighborhood mechanic! They tried to charge me $155 for an oil change on a 2012vw Passat. They tried to say it was due to European vehicle grade oil needed , but my local mechanic said he uses the same oil and oil/filter/labor & will only be $75 plus tax. No wonder valvoline always has 2/3 guys standing around without cars coming in. They also tried to take $7 off for a coupon. Thanks, no thanks.

Past experiences 5 stars! Need to have a setup for appointments for inspections. Sometimes takes too long waiting in the lot. Also, if you need anything replaced to pass inspection, show the customer, don't just say it. Otherwise, staff was great as usual!

Got an oil change today for the first time outside of a dealership -- chose this Valvoline. When I got home I noticed that my car's skid plate was hanging off the side, dropping a few inches. Since I have a super low to the ground hybrid, I was terrified I might have damaged my car in the short distance to and from the shop.I went back to the shop and the staff was friendly enough about it, although didn't prioritize the fix, instead taking several more customers first. Really? If you were to order lunch at McDonald's and were missing an item / something wrong, would I be expected to wait in the line again? Maybe I'm the jerk? IDK. When I brought it up with the stated manager, he said he heard what I wad saying, but had a strict "first come first serve" ignoring the fact that I had been there an hour or so earlier and they messed up the work.The manager also told me that all the bolts were in fact originally put back correctly, but it wasn't tucked properly. That wasn't true but I didn't bother calling him out on it since I just wanted to leave at this point. You can see the photo, at least two bolts physically disconnected. Why lie to me at this point? Especially since you just said it wasn't done right regardless?What could have been a 15 minute oil change turned into an afternoon. I really messed up by not going to the Honda dealership.Called corporate. They were nice enough to refund me, and were equally dismayed by the experience. 3 stars instead of 1, since they did right. Wish the team/manager would prioritize botched jobs next time.... wouldn't have even bothered posting this if they had.Service: Oil change

Came to get my car inspected. Couldn't find anyone to talk to. All but one of the techs avoided me and told me the times they do inspections. Came back the next day at the time he said. Same thing, nobody around. Asked about inspection and said they couldnt do it. Waste of time.
