I came to Clint at Valley Tire with a pretty difficult ask and a condensed timeline, and they sure delivered. The mechanic, Jake, rebuilt much of my 1970 Ford F100, and kept me updated every step of the way. I took in a 50 year old truck with bad welds that I had to coast downhill into the shop, and now I have an awesome cruiser. New intake manifold, carb, fan shroud, power steering, rebuilt the gearbox, ground out and rewelded the frame, and added nice clean routing of everything (among several other things). This is a service very few shops around here could have performed, and they nailed it.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I run two major delivery services out of buffalo. Never have I ever had a business that I use to maintain my fleet of trucks go above and beyond to make sure my vehicles are in good working order for my drivers like this location. They take the extra time needed to do the job 100% correct. I work for FedEx through Burnett Trucking. My truck was a death trap yesterday morning, I barely made it in to the shop. They worked a miracle and had my delivery truck ready in less than 24hrs!! Not to mention the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend Valley Tire Pros for any repairs to any vehicles.

These guys are the best!We had a tire wear problem on our trip from Texas to Maine. They diagnosed the problem as low air pressure even though they were aired to the RV manufacturer's spec.They took the time to call ahead on my route to locate replacements for me from an unassociated truck tire outlet (in Bangor), re-aired my tires to a slightly higher pressure, and didn't charge for any of their time and service.They've got my business in the future any time I'm in the Cleveland area.Thanks Tim and Dave!

My airlift suspension control lever broke off my car. I stopped to find out what time did they close and or opened the next day because it was closing time. The owner asked if I'd mind waiting until there was an open bay even though they were closed. I waited about 30 minutes and he drove my car in and checked it out and lifted the car climbed under with a few tools and 10 minutes later my car was repaired. He said "no charge". The next day I returned with 2dz of donuts and thanked his polite staff for their help!!!

These guys are awesome well above and beyond!I called them in a pinch and they made it happen bottom line! I'm a business owner and as far as I'm concerned, they have a life long customer!Great job!

Use this company for our double decker bus. We rely on their expertise. They are the best. After earning my company business they also earned my family's personal car business. They are competent, responsponsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend their service.

Valley Tire knows us we park our tractors here, but we don't have a ton of work done on a regular basis.Today, while making the trip to drop off a tractor we had sold, this tractor developed a serious problem, requiring the def pump needing to be replaced. Valley got us in and out in under three hours! This meant they got on it immediately. Saved us another trip from Syracuse to Buffalo to finish transporting the tractor to it's delivery location.Valley Tire has always been very professional, courteous and more than helpful. My mom (Lisa Besant, look her up cause she's a savage) took her car here, reccomended by a friend and not only did they rip her off for $400 they ruined my brand new $200 boots that weren't even a day old because they neglected to put the truck back together after she told them she didn't want them to do the work. They were going to charge $600 in labor for a $230 part and an hour of work. I would give 0 or negative stars only if I could but it doesn't allow me.THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE $800 TO REPLACE A STARTER ON A 2004 CHEVY TRAILBLAZER. Makes us wonder if they did anything else to the truck before we got it towed to a different garage. On a side note, I highly reccomended Fast Lane Auto Sales & Service in North Tonawanda.
