I have an 07 Accord. It kept making a rattling noise. I took it to Joe. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Transparent, efficient, and fairly priced. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service! Joe was able to get my car in immediately due to a tire issue. Quick & efficient service and lovely front office staff to chat with. And I can't forget to mention the four legged office companion, a sweet dog named Paws who greets you immediately when you walk in. 10/10 experience! I had my car inspected here. They told me my car passed inspection, told me what things may need fixing or tune-ups in a few months, and I was on my way in about half an hour. Everyone was super friendly, and Paws was very cute. I will definitely be returning!

I had my inspection and oil changed here. They were able to squeeze me in with short notice and were very kind and personable! I will absolutely go here for all of my car maintenance and upkeep from now on. I absolutely recommend them! I went in to have my AC checked for my single cab Tacoma. I was expecting just to sit around and wait for my truck to be finished like most places, but along the way I noticed the exceptional service and ethical conduct of the people in the shop. While waiting, I witnessed an older gentleman come in for inspection but Joe came out and explained that his vehicle would definitely fail inspection and refused to accept payment for it. I noticed the transparency of communication in general, a trait not seen everywhere. They took care of my truck quickly and were hospitable throughout my stay. 100% will absolutely come back and recommend to friends! Only downside was that the dog was not there on that day...Service: Air conditioning

I originally brought my car here to fix my AC a few years ago. I continue to take my car here for everything else as well. They do a great job & the prices are always very reasonable. They are really nice guys to deal with & they have the sweetest dog too. I've been coming here for my car's needs consistently for at least the last year. The owner is always friendly and helpful. There was even one time when he test drove my car and did a quick fix on my undercarriage free of charge. I'd much rather come here than some big franchise that's going to overcharge and treat me like a money bag rather than a person. Great experience every time I come here, especially if Paws is there.

Absolutely the most positive Auto Shop experience I have ever had. Joe has owned the shop for 40 years and it clearly shows why he has had success for 4 decades! It s so hard to find an Auto Shop in 2022 that is transparent, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Joe and Ultimate Auto Service has now just become my go-to for any of my car needs!

I started to hear a rattle in my car while on a road from CO to NY. I stopped in at Ultimate Auto after I saw it was highly rated and open early. I was not disappointed. Joe and his staff are great. Have been using Ultimate Auto for years and have always been well satisfied with both the quality of their work and the prices. I've had them do both big jobs and small routine repairs. Always fair and reliable. Highly recommended!

First time using this shop. Highly recommend it! Went in for inspection and was 100% satisfied with honest communication, safe, family feel to the atmosphere. Very fair pricing and quick wait time. Call and make an appointment with these guys and brighten your day! Brightened mine when the bill was less than Expected and they invited me back for coffee anytime.Thanks guys! The coffee and conversation was amazing!

I was told my car needed work to pass an inspection by another shop and I felt like I was being ripped off. I was referred to Ultimate Auto by the guy I go to for my tires. Joe got me in within an hour on a Saturday which I was happy about since my inspection was already overdue 7 days! He did a thorough job and just as I thought, my car did not need the work i was told it needed! Joe was awesome and I got a really good vibe from him. I can tell he is honest and I will be bringing my car here for any future repairs!

I visited this place after reading a lot of reviews around. I am glad that I chose Ultimate Auto Repair. I visited them for my annual car inspection DMV mentioned check. The whole experience was such a breeze. Responsive over phone and attentive and patient in person.... Joe is a great guy.... Coming back sure when the need arises.Highly recommended.

Love the service! Wnt for a 2nd opinion on my car instead of the dealer price of $700 Joe tightened a nut on my caliper and it was a go no need for a dealer price. Joe is a good guy and mechanic. I have been here several times and he was always helpful, honest and prompt, and the rates are very reasonable. It's an old shop that caters to regulars and older or domestic vehicles. This time I called though he turned down the job just because it wasn't something he wanted to work on, which was kind of disappointing.

They are friendly and go above and beyond to meet your needs in car repair. They are very straight forward; I have never been more confident in getting my car repaired and not being taken advantage of than by the good people at this shop. The prices are the best I've seen from any mechanic and they work with you every step of the way. Great shop, great people, I will always recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you need work done go to this shop, you will be more than satisfied.

Hands down, the best mechanic around. Not only is he very kind, thoughtful and has an adorable dog (Paws) that keeps you company while you wait....he is VERY affordable. I cannot believe how little he charges. Joe is a very trustworthy guy that often reminds me of my grandfather which makes him all the more great. My sister, her boyfriend, my fianc�, me, a friend everyone has gone to him for some time now. Never ever second guessed his recommendations or fixes like I have for every other mechanic who usually take advantage of younger (naive) car-challenged women. Quick to respond to inquiries. Friendly and homey atmosphere, in part provided by the adorable black lab Paws. Honest auto repair shop with fair pricing and prompt work. Would recommend this shop to friends and family. Would definitely trust my car and my family to Joe and his awesome staff!

I actually decided to use this shop on a skim of the Google reviews, so really, I'm just adding to the positive comments and stars already in play here. I needed my first NY state inspection completed but at the same time had a nasty "check engine" light which up until the visit I thought was truly emissions-related (I quarterback interpreted an engine code given to me once by another party) and would maybe cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars to fix if not a thousand. Nope, it turned out to be a relatively inexpensive sensor on my transmission, something that I now understand was impacting the car in a number of other ways, need for inspection notwithstanding. I feel like I'm driving a new car now.The shop aura was friendly and extremely warm, my particular issue had me sitting around a bit and everyone (vendors and other customers) who came in was happy and cheerful with the staff. Nobody hurried the diagnoses - I didn't feel like I was being bum-rushed - once the problem was understood the mechanic was very straightforward and clear. I nodded on the work to be done and he went at it straight away. As is typical of me, I simultaneously Googled the issue to "follow along" in You Tube videos, and am pleased to say the work appears to have been completely congruent to the issue.The shop itself is impeccable and unusually cozy, I took my fair share from the coffee bar which they were very accommodating about. Their shop dog moseys about and is quite friendly with the people waiting such as myself. She took up station in her own apparent seat at the shop's front window just watching the day go by. Even she was a delight. I think you can always tell good people by the demeanor of their pets so positive rating aside, I knew I was working with people I could trust. It seems to have paid off, I have a problem-free car that is now road legal via the least anxious route possible. Would highly recommend, I am a permanent customer now.
