Always top notch! Great car care, great advice, and great team! I highly recommend this business and team. Matt and team care for my car and also my father's which I bring for service. The work is always prompt, finished as predicted. The care for the car and the car owner is why I highly recommend this business and team.

I visited Tringali's for some assistance with unscrewing a jammed screw, and I was pleasantly surprised by their kindness and readiness to help. Despite it not being a typical request, the owner graciously lent a hand and resolved my issue promptly. Their customer service goes above and beyond, demonstrating a genuine willingness to assist their customers with even the smallest tasks. I'm truly grateful for their support and highly recommend their services!

After being jerked around, lied to and ripped off at max auto (other way on hertel) Matt and his team took excelent care of me. All was done over the phone and I got a straight answer about the true cost to repair the car. The repair was not in my budget, so I decided to get a different car.....Matt did not charge me anything and even offered to look over the used car I am going to buy! These guys are amazing!! I have never been treated so well by perfect strangers....now they have become friends who helped me through a hard financial situation instead of making it worse for $. They really care about people not just $ and it shows. God bless them! I have my new shop for life! Thank you so much !

Always get the best customer service here. They always do a great job informing you of exactly what s wrong and gives you options on how it can be handled. I ve been going here for years now and haven t had one bad experience with them. Reliable and trust worthy people here!

Matt and his crew were phenomenal. Very professional and honest and helped me understand what I was paying for. While waiting for my vehicle I witnessed them tell a customer they did not need to do an unnecessary repair. I could tell they did not want to take advantage of the customer, something unheard of in this industry. Tringali s car shop is best in class service! Had a battery replaced. Went back for NYS inspection. Mechanics are friendly & passionate about all things engines and treat your car as if it s their own. Prices rival that of major repair shops. Waiting times are MUCH shorter at Tringali s. The owner, Matt is always there offering his expertise and personal touch. Don t let the lack of glitzy signage and Charley Sheen type cheesy jingle fool you, Tringali s is every bit professional, HIGH CLASS, cheaply priced and as fast as any of the major automotive chains! I highly recommend you check with them before going anywhere else. Matt was so incredibly nice, knowledgeable and helpful. If you want genuinely skilled and honest people to assess and work on your vehicle, this is the place to go! Our vehicle was ready within a couple of hours which was also great. We ll be bringing both our cars here from now on. 10/10 experience!

My car was making an odd noise and seemed to hesitate at time when I was turning. Knowing very little about cars I stopped here since I live close by. They were extremely prompt and friendly. They had my car diagnosed extremely fast and even called my original dealership to see if anything was covered under warranty before calling me with an estimate. Priced very fair and work was done in a very timely manner. Thank you

New to the area, and on getting into town had a strange clunking sound that a friend told me he thought would be a costly timing assembly problem. They got me in and out in a day, and determined it was a much less expensive problem. Professional, quick, fair pricing. I will def be going back for my auto care needs...

My car recently broke down on Delaware Ave and Kenmore Ave due to low oil. As I am pushing my car to Delta Sonic an angel by the name of Rick was at the back end of my car pushing with me. As I am crying hysterically he is comforting me and letting me know everything is alright. He is a blessing! I never been to this shop before. But the generosity and blessing he has provided me today cannot go unnoticed. I am beyond thankful for the experience!!! Once we arrived to delta sonic he called an employee name Jr to bring oil. He sat with me IN THE RAIN, he pushed with me IN THE RAIN until I was safe. God sent Rick my way and I do not know how to thank him enough. I recommend this company to everyone. They are so genuine and I am blessed that he was looking for a cup of coffee.. You all have a blessed day!

spent over $3,500 and my car still was over heating took it back to them multiple times to no avail wouldn't recommend them if they was the last place on earth .

This was my first experience with Tringali's and I couldn't be happier with the way everything went. Rick is very down to earth and personable. He took the time to talk to me about the issue I was having over the phone. I brought my car in and it was taken care of immediately. Quick and exceptional service without any bull****. Rick showed me the compromised part that he replaced and explained to me what was happening and why. I won't be going to see anyone else for auto repair/maintenance.. If you're feeling lost about where to take your vehicle, give Rick a call... You won't regret it!!

Extremely happy to find an auto shop I can actually trust!!After being blatantly lied to by a large dealer in Buffalo (Northtown) about the importance of always replacing the rotors with the brake pads (and how the cost does not change by choosing to opt out of the rotor replacements) I found myself at Tringalis.This understated shop is full of trustworthy staff who always go out of their way to explain everything. This is such a refreshing change from the culture I was used to of always needing to double check the information I was given, and knowing that a simple oil change was never just an oil change but an additional group of up-sells that my fairly new car "needed" to stay in good shape.Tringalis has always been straight forward and actually takes the time to educate me on what is "needed" versus "ideal". I never feel pressured to buy anything from them and I am not just an up-sell to them, but a client that they want to continue to come back and receive great service from (to the point that they throw in additional work that I ask about for free to ensure my satisfaction, loyalty, and retention).

Honest work and a fair price. They take the time to explain services to be rendered in understandable terms. So very trustworthy, which can be hard to find when you don't mechanics yourself. I'd give more starts if I could.

Have been coming here for 5 years since we moved into the area. Have always had great service and fair prices. Have never had any issue getting something checked out on short notice. The owner also always explains what the problem was in great detail. Thanks!

excellent service. Could not be happier with the way Rick and his staff treated me. We had no idea what was wrong with my 97 Wrangler other than mis-firing somewhere. Rick worked diligently all day until he figured out what was the problem. The best part was, he could have charged me a ton of money for all the tests and time he spent on it, however he was extremely fair and reasonable. He did not preform un-necessary tests or change out perfectly working parts just to 'band aid' the issue. Needless to say I will be a Tringali customer for life and trust him 100%. Do yourself a favor and bring your car to Rick!

I could go on and on about how great this shop is BUT I'll keep it simple. Fair, professional, curtious, honest, reasonably priced, proficient in all areas. Brought my car in, they fixed it on the quoted time and price, no ripoffs, honest work and talk about any future potential problems. Earned that 5 stars easily!

Horrible took my car to get it fixed payed lots of money just so I find out later that they stole one of my car parts. Take your business elsewhere
