Called and asked if they could possibly do a small collision job on my vehicle (under $1000), they gave me a date for Tuesday January 17 (2 weeks from my call). They wanted my car there at 9 AM. However, I explained I had some appointments I had in the morning, I could bring it around 1, they said that s good.Dropped off the car, she said they would call me. Later I called them because I did not get a timeframe on when it would be done. I ask them when they will fix it, she told me they re going to look at it on Friday. (3 days from now?) They said they will send it to the insurance, and eventually fix it. So for the next five days nothing will be happening to my car, and then it might be another week or two before they start? Read other reviews and there were some bad ones.The way the shop is run it appears to me that it s a store front for other business not for collision shop. The girl that is behind the desk is rather snippy and rude. She might be the bosses wife? I would not recommend the shop for anything.Took me car to carstar=amazing job & courteous people.

These guys were great! I went in to explain my issue and let them know about the insurance claim and they handled the rest. I dropped my car off and they had a rental car ready for me and had my car ready on the day they promised. It looks great. Excellent, friendly service at an even better price. I had 2 other estimates done at other shops, both were significantly higher than transit collision. I highly recommend to anyone. Great work, honest, fast and friendly. What more can you ask for?

Great place to do business. Offered Veteran discount. Front end fixed. Had to come back for electrical issue with head light but they fixed as well with no additional charge. Recommend this place. A1 in my book

These folks are great. They are super professional and help you through all the insurance stuff. They have good prices and are pretty fast. It's the only place I'll take my vehicles

Highly recommend their work, quoted almost a third of the cost of two other shops and the repairs were flawless. Even gave me some extra touch up paint to take with me.

roman charged me half of what i was quoted and dropped off my car in half the time i was quoted from 2 other shops the guy is honest and that's saying something for a collision shop!
