Mr Paul was the best. He provided prompt service from the time he was called until he finished the job. The repair work he did was awesome and his attitude and spirit was a delight to be around. If you're ever in the Buffalo area and need truck or trailer repair, these guys should be your call. 5 stars doesn't do them justice. Their Awesome!!!

Talked to Paul on a Sunday to see if he could get to a wheel end issue on Monday. He answered the phone and was pleasantAs per that conversation I followed up Monday once arriving and empty in Buffalo. He was honest with his ETA and made every effort to minimize the bill ( being honest )Recommend Tina s ( his eldest daughter s name ) for honest, knowledgeable emergency repair. If I lived in Buffalo I would probably make them my go to place

We full time in a 42 fifth wheel RV and needed an annual service. I called a week before we got to the campground and scheduled the service. Paul was the best! He came out to see what was needed one afternoon then returned the next day and did a complete break job and service. Very happy with the job and will definitely use him again if we need work in the area. He is a mobile tec and will travel if needed.Service: Brakes

First off I will say that Paul is very polite and easy to deal with and was upfront on his labor and mileage charges. The water pump on my motorhome went out as I was pulling into the camp ground. My RV has an 8.3 Cummins and is a diesel pusher. Paul spent the day getting a water pump and working on replacing the engine water pump. Around 3pm he said he could not finish the job unless he removed all the radiators and could finish the job if I had my RV towed to his shop. He had said that he had experience working on diesel pushers, so I was surprised. He only charged me a few hours labor, mileage, and the cost of the water pump. The reason for only 2 stars was that, I decided to try changing engine water pump myself. I am not a mechanic but have some mechanical ability. I was able to remove the old water pump, install the new pump, and refill the antifreeze in 4 hours without removing any of the radiators. He is a super easy guy to deal with but I think he may have over stated his ability when it comes to working on diesel pushers.

Very rude and disrespectful as well as charging whatever they want. Charged me 371 dollars for just coming and checking out the problem and then telling me a way longer fix for the problem. I told him no and he said bad things about any other shop that I was going to or talking to. Paul is sketchy and please don t call them if you need help. Better off with anyone else.

I used this guy twice, one time last year and once this year. And both times I used him I had the same experience. Came and worked for a hr. And charged for over 4hrs in labor. Sold me a tire that s now off the need two weeks later. Also has a 5% credit card charge. Almost 2k for 3 used trailer tires 1 hr labor and he drove 14 miles to the come to me. In my honesty opinion. If you can find someone else use them. This guy is no good!Service: Tires
