I like skyway, but to b honest I was next door at metalico recycling... They are my go to for srap & precious metals!!Skyway w work w you if u need a part or they may be able to locate it,?

Old dude with the ugly hoops earings need to cheer up and jot be so judgmental otherwise junkyard is cool but expensive Wilberts is more organised and a lot cheaper cheers

I had to visit Skyway the other day to pick up a radiator support for my 96 Corsica. This place is just unreal, the people, the atmosphere, the bountiful pile of parts... I found exactly what I needed. I was lead onto this place by this intrinsic young man who runs a youtube channel. I forget what the channel is called, but if it weren't for him, I wouldn't be ears deep in the finest used automotive parts western NY has to offer. Highly recommend.Service: Part finding & extracting

Amazing group of guys. Very friendly. I could spend the whole day in there just chatting with the employees. Top dollar paid for my broken car when I called to compare payout prices from competitors. Just ok. Reviews about them being friendly are just shill reviews. They may have what you need but you have to figure it out by going in yard. Thats fine but don't expect any help from anyone working there. Get a price before you pull the part. I had them change price on me twice

I went to this junkyard with my brother right before the blizzard that hit Buffalo ny. I'm, we're very round, educated ppl with close friends & relatives from almost all ethnicities & religious beliefs. I have NEVER been uncomfortable enough to place my sh!t (gun) in my lap before, except when we visited this yard. I personally wouldn't advise anyone with a low tolerance for ignorance to visit, honestly the quality of their junk is instep with the individuals we encountered. Money spends anywhere, but this place "NOT MUCH." Service: Part finding & extracting

Skyway Auto Parts Inc. is my favorite place when used car parts are needed. Staff is great, they are always helpful. Prices are lower than other junkyards and variety of cars is great. I drive European cars and there's plenty to find. The only drawback for me is their work hours which are 8AM-4PM workdays only. Otherwise, excellent. For me, 5 stars and beyond. Highly recommended!

Went here looking for odds & ends in my car that needed replacing, but I couldn't find anywhere else. Tried another local yard and was out of luck. This yard was very easy to navigate, and the organization of vehicles by make meant I could easily check multiple cars, and got everything I needed. I'll definitely come here next time I need odds and end.Service: Part finding & extracting

I'm glad I didn't go there called to see how much a tire was 75 I could go somewhere else and get it for halve that price or go to a used tire store and have it installed and all cheaper then that

So I have tried using them twice. The first time the part the sold me was USELESS and they would not take it back after promising it would work. The second time I called for a part, was told they had it and I told them I was on my way, I even offered to pay for it over the phone and they said that's not necessary, yet when I arrived 20 minutes later I was informed that they had sold it to someone else and oh well .... Completely unprofessional and rude.Service: Part finding & extracting

I called around 9am for and part, the gentleman said he had to see if they had one ok great he will call me back.Never got a call back. i Had to call multiple times just through out the day. I finally get in touch with him at 3 for him to tell me o we cant pull it until Monday! I wasted a whole day waiting on them I ll never call there again

Been dealing with Skyway off and on since the mid 70s only for buying parts and they have mostly been upfront and fair. I have always needed to remove the part from the car and now more than ever it is easier to find. Had help from the fork truck operator to lift the car up to remove a part on the last visit.Hay it's a bone yard not a local parts store. Enjoy the experience It will probably be eligible or too costly to operate someday soon

So i called looking for an impala tire of an 07 amd he didn't eben go look im outside waitkng at the shop lookimg at the dude who i spoke with abkut the tire and he did not even get up and check not even knowing im in my car lookimg at him they do things on there time there nasty rude amd would not recommend this spot so unprofessional

Workers are very RUDE I was trying to ask the one guy that comes out in the tractor if I was parked in his way didn t even look my way or let alone acknowledge me. Very bad customer service. Absolutely terrible customer service ,,made me wait 3 days to pick up a vehicle from my house and watch day was a different excuse why they made me sit around all day waiting for them to stiff,,,then after 3rd day of doing same thing the employee says "sry we will list take you off are pick up list" ,,,WHAT PICK UP LIST ,,you don't pick up obviously ,,absolutely just brutal ,,I strongly recommended you go to ANY OTHER auto yard ,,your better off dropping your vehicle to the goodwill they have better customer service

I bought the wrong parts The person that sold me the wrong parts was there when I purchased the new parts and it's probably within their policy not to exchange Or do money back but they sold me a hood that was clipped that couldn't be used

Great place to sell your junkers, highest payout in the area. I got rid of three junkers here and got paid over 700 bucks. The only place i recommend for junking vehicles.

I called them to get a particular part, the man on the phone said that he would check the availability and get back to me in an hour. After approximately 4 hours I called back to see if they had a chance to look for the part. The man that answered the phone said that they were three men short that day and hung up on me. They never called me back even the next day

Don't order anything online from them it will not work and the owner is very unreasonable. Don't waste your money here I wasted 20 bucks and I wish I just burned it after dealing with these people.

The first item I bought was great,at that time inquired about about a second item they gave me a price told them I would let them know,so I called and let them know I will be there to get it price changed from $100 to $250
