Bill, Ken and staff are excellent! This is my second time receiving service from S&S and my experience both times have exceeded expectations. Top quality work, quick turn around and the nicest people you will ever meet. If you need work done, GO THERE!!

Will be recommending S&S to all my friends! Bill provided excellent service and was communicative through the whole process. I dropped my car Monday morning to have my fender replaced and was able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. He did amazing on the paint match and my car looks brand new again. I got a good price on the service compared to other shops in the area. Really glad I was able to find Bill and his team!

I went in for an estimate after a small collision and wanted to know if there was any underlying damage. Bill had it checked out (removed the bumper) and let me know that afternoon that aside from a scuff on the rear bumper, which I declined to replace, there was nothing to worry about. Great service, great communication, free estimate, and they give you options. Highly recommended.

Very honest and professional staff! When I needed a repair on my car I went to a few auto shops to get a quote and their quote was the lowest by far. They did an amazing job and were very easy to communicate with. After the work was completed I needed something minor fixed and they addressed the issue promptly. I wouldn t go anywhere else!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

Came here for a deer accident that caused a serious dent on side of my car. I am very satisfied with the result. Bill was very friendly and helpful. He helped me save the money for the repair and even fixed the air conditioning issue of the car. My new Genesis car was damaged badly in a hit and run. S & S thoroughly assessed the damage, replaced the entire front left suspension of my car, all necessary fenders, and completed body and paint work so well that my car looks brand new! Bill was always very on top of the status of my car, informing me every few days when I'd call. It took a while for parts to come in but Bill was very transparent and was doing everything he could to get them faster. Once all parts were in, my car was ready a within one week! These guys won't rush the job, they'll do it right. The most honest mechanic I have ever come across. Actually TRIES to find the most cost effective option for your car. The customer service is out of this world - the level of communication was mind blowing, and I legitimately felt like I was their only customer. Bill and S & S are the most honest and amazing auto repair service I have ever dealt with. After asking for suggestions on social media they were hands down the most recommended and I am glad I followed the advice. These guys are great. They handle the insurance procedures smoothly with as little work on the customer's part as possible, and the work on the car is impeccable. They have done a wide range of work for me in the past. One time when an older car needed some work that would have cost more than the car was worth, they just screwed down the damaged panel, no charge, and it was fine for the remainder of the life of the car.

Always amazing top ofnthe line work. They are always ready to help however they can...even last minute repairs. My 2009 still looks great because of their body work.

I did not end up getting my car fixed. It was a car that I bought off of a friend. The damage was more substantial than I thought. Bill was awesome, polite, professional. Hopefully I never need to do business with them, but they will be the first place I go if I do.

Got into an accident and ruined my front bumper, these guys allowed me to tow it to them which is what the 1 star is for. Letting me tow it to their shop. My car sat in their shop for about 3 days without any word, didn t even call to say they received the vehicle, just left me hanging for days. After calling in they did the run around with me which resulted in my car being untouched. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks without starting it, which makes me wonder if they even looked at it fully. The battery was dead when I arrived. On top of all this, I told them I just wanted to make sure it was driveable. Instead they refused to give me service because it s all or nothing with us I am a young adult. I can not afford 4 grand for a bumper and ONE headlight. They told me my whole hood needed to be replaced yet there is no damage to my hood. I think these people are after your money. After having my car back, unfixed; for one night I have found all the parts I need for under 1 grand. So my review; is very disappointed.

These guys bolted a seat into my van completely for free! A much needed gesture of goodwill in these trying times. Bill was a pleasure to talk with and had my van back to me in a day. Will be back when I need body work done for sure.

Not only did they do an incredible job repairing my damaged bumper cover, but S&S got it done extremely fast! They are exceptionally professional and incredibly accommodating. Getting your car back to normal is always a concern when you've experienced an accident. You need not worry about that at all with the guys over at S & S Auto Body. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

Hopefully none of y'all ever get into an accident. If You do,these are the guys you go to. Bill and the entire team are top notch. They worked with me and more importantly they worked for me. No BS like you get from Marubba or them other joints. Estimated my car, hooked me up with rental and fixed my car expertly. It's a shame you have to smash your car to go here. We need more automotive shops with people like this. Bravo S&S.

From the first moment, I called Bill Sulawskowitz at S&S Auto Body, he was kind, courteous, and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with my car and was very prompt. This was the best car service I have been to, and I have been to many. The other staff were really friendly and knowledgeable as well. The prices were also very fair. If I had to choose one auto body shop in Buffalo, this would be the place I would choose. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Trust me, you are in good hands with these guys. They are honest, reliable and diligent. I got otherwise expensive work done on my car for the cheapest price. When they finished, I couldn't even tell what side the affected area was on! In addition to that, they also did minor touchups at no extra cost. And the clincher: the price was knocked down by $50 because I paid cash.

The best car service! They are so friendly and do all they can to help you out! They try to charge less than insurance every wants to charge and they are all so friendly! Once you go once they know your name! Awesome local business to support!
