A place that never lets me down. Always the best customer service and the most fair prices in Buffalo. The guys there always explain to me whatever issues I have with my vehicles instead of just doing the job and sending me on my way. The car sales there are very fair and they are always willing to work with you. I been a faithful customer for almost a decade now and I have no plans on leaving.

Went to 3 other spot before this one and they all wanted over $400. When I told these guys they straight up told that the other guys were trying to rip me off and literally fixed my car within the next hour for almost $200. God forbid anything happens to my car but if something does happen I know who to take it to.Greeted with open arms and even offered tea while I waited. Great honest mechanics and thanks to them my car runs like new.

Very pleased with these guys. I definitely highly recommend theme to friends and those looking for a car. Service is great. I just got a 2005 Chevy impala. I love it. Runs like brand new. Very pleased. Thank you Eddie, Pete and Glen for all your help.

I was there twice for car alignmen. The first time they did partial work and I gave them second chance. The second time was horrible experience ever since I had and that is the most influenced me to write so that you would never go there and will not happen to you. I had an appointment but still Waited from 8:30 till 12:00. When I came paid and started to drive home and it was dangerous than it was. Went back they said will take care of it. Did I trust them? NO, so I watched them very closely and did not do any work just put air in the tiers and parked on the other side for a while and then said it is ready. Tested no change and went back they started argument very ugly and took my money went some where else and got it fixed. Would I recommend to you? Certainly No!

This is going to be my shop now for all the repairs I need. It was cheaper and faster than all the other places I went to before this. Also the best customer service, the time I waited flew by because they were so friendly and they explained to me what's wrong with my car and told me what they were fixing. Best shop in NY go there you wont regret it!

I couldn t have asked for better service! They did a really good job and they treated me like family. They looked out for me and let me know what s really wrong Because the other mechanic shop said something else was wrong. They didn t try overcharging me. Also, they had really quick service I was in an out within 35 minutes. Great service! Thank you S&M !!!

From the second I got in I was treated like family, they took care of me. Got me in fast. Gave me a good deal. They even let me see what was wrong with my car and explained it to me. Would highly recommend going here.

They are pretty sketchy. They say when you buy the car they will fix all of its problems and replace any old parts but after you buy it, they are not responsible. They do their own inspections too so you know they will try to cut corners on these junkers.

Great place they re very professional. Best customer service everyone is nice and make sure you leave there satisfied. One of the only honest mechanic shops around they ll tell you what s actually wrong and fix it.

This place is the biggest rip off there is. First of all they buy these cars not knowing what's wrong with them, so don't think that your getting your car the same day or the next day. Gave them more than half the money and he said all the car needed was back breaks and rotors. 2 weeks later all of a sudden it needs a computer piece, 3 weeks go by and now there's wiring problems. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE. IF YOUR A HARD WORKER AND CARE WHERE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ARE GOING, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.

They are criminals. Never go there. Since they do the inspection themselves, they manipulate the inspection result and sell the cars to someone who does not know about cars very well. Within couple days, problems surface, then they make delays pretending to repair it so that one month of return or repair time passes. After that, they simply say that it is your responsibility. They yell and swear too. Check BBB website, there are several very similar complaints about the way they do the business. They have done this for years and there are quite some people who was robbed by them by buying junk cars from them. Please avoid them by all means.

If you like having your car misdiagnosed and going back for the same problem multiple times then this is the place for you. The mechanics somehow manage to damage brand new parts. The vehicles for sale are severely overpriced for cars that are buy as is from auctions. The guys working on the cars never interact with you like a bunch of social introverts with substance abuse issues. If you care about the quality of care and service of your car as well as the safety of your passengers especially your loved ones like your children I recommend paying a little more and taking it to pep boys or maybe even the dealer. It will save you time and money in the long run. I would go as far to say the owner probably doesn't get their personal cars serviced here at their own shop.

These guys are pretty thorough and professional. My car buying process was pretty easy, calls were always returned and they even looked at a minor issue I had with my vehicle after the 30 day warranty.

They do sell used cars, that much is true. I definitely should have bought my car someplace else, though. The guys that work there are friendly, but be careful what you buy from this place.

Just took my little brother up there to get a car.Eddie took care of us like he always does. I don t know what I would do with out them. Reliable cars for great prices. No more being a chauffeur lol

They stole my money. My check engine light goes on 3 days after i get my car and when I bring it back to them, they just erased the computer to turn the light off. And it keep turning on and I was going there back and foward util i run out of warranty so they said they can't fix the car. They do illegal stuff erasing the car computer instead look for the real problem with the car.

I bought a car from them, on a Wednesday, they said it would be ready Friday of that week. Friday came they said Monday, Monday came they said Wednesday. Wednesday came they said they would call me, no call, no answer. I'm still waiting. And get no response. Very unprofessional, no communication on their end. Think I made a big mistake in purchasing a car from them.

They service was good they were honest people they work with you if you be nice to them they be nice to you if you be rude they're going to be rude right back and they're very respectable and honest they sold car to me one time and it ran fine 9 years I came back and bought another one this year so they're good people to work with and bless them and I just bought a car from them 2011 Ford salmon Eddie and they are good people to work with and buy a car there cuz you got an issue go to them they're the best car dealer to work with I've been knowing them for years and my name is Jeff and I'm keeping it real

Bad place to want buy a carUnfortunately I made the mistakeTie rod broke within the first 6 months of possession of the car. Car fell to ground While driving it thankfully I was on a side street.. plz be patient that yourself a favor . Go elsewhere
