This is why reviews are so important!I found Sam and his team through a Google review and are forever grateful that we did! My sister and I were driving our mother s car from Florida through to Canada. When we arrived in Buffalo, the car started acting up. Panicked, and in a city we were unfamiliar with, we googled garages in the city. Royal Auto Sales + Services was the first one that popped up with great reviews. We got to the garage for the opening time of 9:00 am and met Sam. He immediately took a look at our car and went above and beyond to help us. He wrote a clear list of the issues and even went so far as show us under the hood so that we could see the areas of concern. We chose two or three of the critical issues (and will get the more minor ones fixed at home). The team worked diligently to get us safely on the road. Prices were very fair and the team was very patient with our questions and concerns. Go to this garage! Honestly, as two females who were in a bind from out of the country, we never felt financially taken advantage of. They were upfront about costs and timeliness of repairs. They really saved us!!

This shop has made the experience of buying my first car wonderful ! A few weeks after purchasing the car there was a small issue with the belt so I took it back and they fixed it in less than 24 hours at no charge. I took my car to the shop on a Saturday to have my sun visor mirrors replaced and Mo did it in less than 10 minutes and even gave me a brake fluid fill up. The staff at this shop are very friendly and helpful! Also they even offered to replace my passenger side door handle, I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for personable experience for not only to purchase a vehicle but also for anyone who is searching for a reliable mechanic.

I really recommend this place they are very friendly. They changed my f 50 driver side door window a month ago. Great service and good people ! Anytime my wife has an issue Sam or Moe always gets the car in right away and never disappoint with service . They care about their customers and their cars . My car gave up on me right in front of the shop and that very same day, they fixed the issue (the muffler). While fixing that issue, they noticed the misfire and decided to do a further diagnosis instead of just letting me leave with my car. (There were other issues that they clearly explained to me) Not only did they work on the car on that day, but they worked on it during the weekend. They stayed in contact with me for updates and the pricing was very reasonable. This was my first car issue and they were really comforting and helpful. Thanks guys!

Honestly this shop has done so many repairs for me I can t remember them all . The one thing I do remember is I m always satisfied with the work and never have to come back worried that something wasn t done correctly. Really a great shop and would recommend all to come get their cars serviced here ! Sam , Liam and Moe are all great guys and show much respect to all customers ! Great and professional services. Staff are polite, they will explain what parts you will require, the prices and what the process will be from start to finish. Hands down the best service you ll find in town. They have a good variety of cars at the best price in town. Love the people there they are very kind and helpful. I've waited a year to make a review to see if my car would hold up, and it did. I'd have to say I'm very impressed with how well my car held up compared to other dealers' options by experience. The car has only needed one repair that didn't cost more than $150, and I have to say I'm a satisfied customer. Would definitely come back and do business. Highly recommend. Great job, and thank you!

I just purchased a great used vehicle from them at a great price. Low miles, no rust, beautiful interior... absolutely love the vehicle! Not to mention, the staff went above and beyond. Awesome customer service! Next time I need a car, I will be going to them first.

Nice people but be careful. Bought first car and had to put $400 + repairs into it within first month. *have your own mechanic look at it before purchasing*. Was also told no lights were on the dash and when I came for a test drive the airbag light was on. And the tpms light came on within a week after barely driving it. Definitely ruined first car experience but wouldn t say they re not worth checking out- just beware.

Recently Bought a Lincoln MKZ for my son straight out the lot. We were told that new brakes were installed after We mentioned that the brakes were spongy and didn t feel right. My son was told to take the car back for repair but not sure what they did cause the brakes are still spongy and now the brake light is on and it states low brake fluid. Also my son was told that they put a new caliper in and I m wondering how did it pass inspection with a broken caliber. Hmmm... needless to say we have to take the car back again under the lemon law and we are hoping the fix could be done ASAP otherwise they will have to provide a loaner free of charge until the problem is fixed. I hate to have to go any further then this.

I pulled into the shop after hitting one of Buffalo s many potholes with my Honda Civic and my tire deflated on my way home. Not only did they work hard to find me new tires, but they gave me an amazing deal and treated me so nicely! Thank you!

Bunch of crooks. Wasted my hard earned money to be stolen from me by these people. Vehicle was in their shop majority of the time. They half do the job to get the job done but only to receive more issues because their bogus work. Would not recommend to anyone!

This place will take your money...lie to you about the car your getting and sale you a piece of JUNK!!!!!! I test drove a car from here in March 2019 no lights were on it was running a lil funny but the gut MOE said it was because the car was sitting for a while. So i bought the car got insurance on it and came back to put the plates on it and that when the problems began....The check engine light came on amd i asked him about it he said he dont know why its on he just did this and that and i took it to auto zone hooked it up to there machine and they said it was code p204 or sumin like that for the intake manifold..i took it back to moe showed him the print out from auto zone and she said ok ill have my guy fix it he had my car for 3 days straight!!!!! Only got me to get it back he said he CLEANED the intake manifold and put a new converter on my car....I picked my car up and the engine light came right back on soon as i pulled off the lot...i took it back to him he said go thur the warrenty company...i took it another shop they said my warranty wont cover the work that needs to be done...so im out of 4000+ dollars and stuck with a big piece of metal....THANKS ALOT MOE !!!!!!!

Used to be good service place.Since he partnered with a fat guy from California the place became a horrible.Just do not go to service your car or buy their junk car.They robbed me and lied about the service dome on my car
