I've only really dealt with the service center, in order to get yearly inspections and repairs on my skoolie. They're nice, friendly, and able to work on my 1994 bus. While there have been times when they had to special order a part, the usual is that they have all the parts they need in stock. The service area is clean and comfortable, and they even have a separate waiting room.These guys are the ones I go to for heavy vehicle work.

I ended up at this dealer when I had a DEF issue. it was a great experience as far as DEF issues go. I was kept informed throughout the day as to what was being done and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Rob and the other staff were excellent. By far my most positive breakdown experience.

I had my Lone Star tractor here on 5/15&16/23 . They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. From the receptionist to the shop . I will return here.

This place has had my truck going on a month! Went in for a loss of power issues. Took them a week to even look at the truck. I was told the truck needed 4 calibrations and needed to be updated. It was a 2023 international truck with about 80,000 miles on it and still under warranty. After I was told they fixed that issue they got authorization to fix a tpms sensor which they had to order. That was on when I got the truck with 59,000 miles on it and wasn t an issue at all. So I can technically be working now but is held up another week over a tpms sensor. They ve had my truck literally a month. I haven t worked in a month! UPDATE: I got the truck after a month and not 1.5 hours of driving gave me the same issue, truck went back the next day. They had it for about another week and I got it back Friday. Went out yesterday, so far so good

I entered nobody was there but me, three dudes were behind the counter not a single one ask if they can help. I waited nothing. Great customer service!!!! Maybe I wasn't the right demographic. Who knows why they didn't see the only person in the store.

Called an hr ahead of time to ask about getting an air line replaced. Was told no problem. Get there, and over 2 hrs later still nothing. It's a 5 minute fix and if I had known it was not gonna be in and out like I was told I would have went someplace else.

Came in with a simple repair for a tire inflation system. They replaced the part for me and only charged for the part, no labor. I've never been here before either. Awesome people.

Had one of our customers in the area. Was towed in looked at promptly and fixed by end of next day within 24hr. Great service staff from one dealer to another. Thanks!!!!

The people who work in the Rental Dept seemed friendly enough, also very helpful. My company rented me, for this load specifically, a 53' reefer trailer for a new customer of my company, and I was to pickup the load (Buffalo area) which had to be set at -10� going to Charlotte NC and then a return load to the same shipper. It wasn't before I had reached my shipper and backed I to the door to load that I realized this 53' reefer trailer was a 48' |3|ZONE|REEFER| TRAILER! First thing I did was looked at my rental agreement to make sure the error wasn't on my parties behalf. The paperwork clearly listed this traidlf as a 53'R and so I called the office and spoke to the rental Dept and explained the need for a 53', not a 48' because the shipper said they weren't loading s 48 and yadda yadda yadda.. they apologized and explained they didn't know the trailer was a 48' listed as a 53'and don't know how it happened. Even during a pre-trip walk around with the rental employee neither of us caught the issue. I thought to ask if there's a price discount for a 53'/48', to which I told "NO" there is no price change for a 53' to a 48'. To top it off they said the supposed 53 trailer I had was the last available at their location, otherwise the nearest available 53' reefer was at the Rochester branch. Needless to say, it wasn't the best experience, renting a trailer for the first time in my 10 years of trucking. After several calls between higef ups I ended up getting the load in the 48' but it will def make me pay closer attention in the future, if for some reason there ever is a next time!Stay Safe & God Bless

Truck service is great, not sure if Don is the truck shop manager but he was a huge help to get our truck fixed and even helped me tranfer some of our load off to another truck for our deliveries. Highly recommend

It took them one week to diagnose a problem and they wanted another 2 weeks for parts and repair, Very slow service.

They don't know what there doing and it took the 3 weeks to tell me they didn't know what was wrong there's just much better places to go
