I was referred to RCR Auto by my son. The staff was very accommodating with my work schedule. Having just moved back to the area from the country I needed a reliable , honest mechanic. Thanks to the folks at RCR Auto my search is over.I needed rear brakes , pads and rotors as well as rear calipers. I got my car back fast and they did an amazing job. My car drives like a brand new one.

These guys have left me laughing for years with hilarious billboard signs. It has come to the point that my morning routine consists of walking to Value across the street with my cup of Joe, sitting in Value's Adirondack chairs with full view of the sign and waiting in anticipation and admiration of their sign that morning so I can have an excellent morning giggle. For the individual who changes the sign, I thank you for bringing meaning to my life. LONG LIVE THAT MAN! I have never had my car serviced here but CLEARLY this auto repair shop is fantastic as well based on their OTHER google reviews.P.S. Like they only have two Karen's who pooped on them bc going to a repair shop costs money. That takes effort and tact to only have 2 Karen's freak out on them on Google reviews, this must be a record or something. Obviously excellent customer service! Visit this shop and not only will they take excellent care of your car but your heart and soul too!

I have been driving by that catchy sign for years. I'm so glad I stopped when my Jeep had a leaky oil pan. I walked in on a Monday without an appointment and my car was ready the next morning. The service is great and the price is very fair. I'll be a customer for life. Thank you!!

Took my car here on recommendation from my father-in-law and glad I did. Everyone was very approachable and friendly. They took the time to explain everything that I needed to know. The part they needed to order took a couple of days to get in, but once it arrived, they had it installed and ready for me within an hour. They have definitely earned my trust. I have used these guys for over 10 years! They do fast, reliable work and have never EVER tried to upsell or tack on 'service charges'. They call you with updates and will let you know (if you have a spending limit) before they do the work. They have diagnosed my car before and found nothing wrong, didn't charge me a dime! I recommend this shop to every person I meet who needs mechanic suggestions! Very easy process, friendly service, text reminders welcome. I started coming here after purchasing lease car because it s close and I had stopped in once to ask if they could check car before long trip which they did, on the spot, graciously and no charge. Asked a customer in the office if it was a good place, she said she d been coming for years and it was great. So here we are!Service: Vehicle Inspection

This was my first time using RCR Auto Repair and Sales. They were able to fit me in very quickly when my car was making a strange noise. I m new to the area and RCR was recommended for brakes and inspection. They were wonderful. Called and they had me in within a few days. John was very nice as were other mechanics there. Also reasonable. Had to take my car to RCR in NT after my engine overheated and my usual mechanic didn t have time to take me. RCR took me right away. After repairing the engine and heat, other issues were discovered which led me to be without a car for 2 weeks. Throughout the entire process Jim was communicative about everything updating me along the way. They even fixed my alternator and fuel tank for free after so much trouble. Have used RCR a few times now and they are always great! Finding a good mechanic that is honest and reasonably priced is sometimes difficult, but RCR has been excellent every time I have needed something. They get us right in, explain things for us, are honest, have not tried to oversell us, and do good work with fair pricing to match. I suddenly lost my brakes as I was driving home last week. RCR Auto is on my route home, so I pulled in there, panicking and very upset. The guys at RCR were very reassuring and told me they'd look at my car in the morning. Before 9:00 AM I had already received a call telling me exactly what was wrong with it and that they would make sure the repairs were done when I left work that day. The price was very reasonable, especially considering that this was an emergency repair, and they even gave me a discount on the parts needed. Everyone who helped me at RCR was kind, courteous, and helpful. I can't recommend them more highly!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

First time customer. Everyone friendly, all of the customers seem very happy. My muffler was hanging low, in fear of of it falling off.. and Ryan took me in immediately to help temporarily fix it. Ordered parts that day and brought back 2 days later to fix. Very time efficient. Great service and would recommend

I can't say enough about the excellent service I've received from these guys. They are always ready to help and to fix any problem that comes up with or without an appointment. I even bought a used car through them and am completely satisfied. I trust them wholeheartedly; they are an honest and professional business that I highly recommend.

I had an issue with a thumping noise while braking and after taking the car into my usual shop and the dealer with no resolution I decided to call RCR since they are in my neighborhood. They were able to get me in within a couple days of my call, I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and they had it done a half hour before I needed it. Not only were they able to diagnose the issue but resolve it in one visit. I will definitely be taking my car back to them for future service and repairs!Service: Brakes

Easiest experience ever. Lightning fast turnaround. I've been to other places within walking distance of RCR, all who've kept my vehicle for 2+ weeks only to tell me they're not sure what the issue is. RCR ordered and replaced my brake pads + rotors and had it back to me by the end of the day. Regret not coming to them sooner! Highly recommend.Service: Brakes

I ve went to this shop several times for a variety of repairs and have been extremely pleased each time. The mechanics are knowledgeable, experienced and reliable. I ve been to other shops but the prices here are fair and reasonable and I ve never broken the bank to have my vehicles repaired here! I have been looking for a reliable local mechanic for some time now & I have finally found it! Not only were the so easy to get ahold of, they were quick & thorough looking over my car, gave me my options & as soon as I gave the green light for what I wanted done they had it ready for me before the end of the day! I am very pleased with my experience at RCR. They were very friendly and super helpful. I called another repair shop to see how much they would charge for the repair I needed and I definitely got a fair price. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. I love their signs!!!
