Dude Tim was UBER nice and patiently explained everything that was wrong and everything he was going to do. Went into depth about color matching and pointed out several occlusions I couldn't even see with my naked eye. (He has high end computers to to the color matches). Very nice person. As a lay-person who knows nothing about vehicles, I did as much background check as I could. But I honestly felt comfortable in my gut, after spending 45 mins thorough introductory convo and explanations that I made the correct choice. However, he doesn't accept credit cards at this time. But cash, money orders and checks (after clearance are accepted). I give this collision service 5 stars just coming into the shop and interaction with the proprietor. Will update after I get my car back. BTW, only reason I reached out to Pit-Stop Collision in the first place is bcuz it was the only business in Buffalo with 5 Star rating. And Yes, he will do repairs through insurance. (No, no kickbacks or payments to me for this review.) I'm just happy to have found an under the radar business for collision service. Obviously I'm not the best driver in in world.

Pit-Stop offers amazing customer service that is very one-on-one, and ensure that quality, authentic parts are being used on your vehicle. They're very warm and welcoming and I highly recommend checking them out as a local, family-owned business. Buffalo needs more places like this!

Best damn collision shop in Buffalo period hands down. If it seems like it takes a long time we'll that's because it's the parts that takes the longest to come in. But other than that A+ work
