I had just an state inspection done about three days ago. From the time I got my car back to today there was like a gas oil smell. I related maybe the mechanic got that on my seat bringing me my car. Today I sent to go somewhere and I noticed oil just under the front of my car. I popped the hood and see the cap is missing where oil goes. I called the store and they are taking no blame of course. I had absolutely no issues with my car upon arrival. They took that cap off for whatever reason and did not replace it. I regret ever going there. Worst ever.

Highly recommend. Brian the manager was very knowledgeable and all of his staff were very courteous and helpful. He personally took me into shop and showed me what the technician was going to work on and also was very helpful in picking out two new tires. Honest and professional service.

On three separate occasions I had appointments for my 4-wheel alignment scheduled, and on the same three occasions I left there with nothing done. Every time I arrived at this location, the staff either told me a story about not know how long it will take to getting the worn started on my car, or better, did not even notice I was at the front desk in the first place. In fact, sadly enough, about 3.5 weeks ago, I arrived for my appointment and waited at the front desk, only to not have any technicians speak with me because they were busy talking almost themselves. I even called into the store to speak with someone and get some help, and I could not get through. Wow. I think I have had it with this location. Despite having lifetime alignments through Pepboys, I will not waste my time scheduling anything here anymore because nothing gets done except providing excuses.

Service was great, only issue was my truck was left unlock in the parking lot for pick up. Subsequently some one rifled through my truck and an item was stolen, was told that some one would be reaching out to me and they didn't.

This place is the absolute best! We are not from the US and got a flat tire on a Saturday evening one hour before they closed, and despite them being super busy, they took the time to help us out. Cannot recommend this place more. They go above and beyond and always put the customers needs first. If you need anything done, got to Pep Boys!

Received great service today! I brought my car in for an oil change on short notice they got me back on the road in a heartbeat! Truly appreciate the Reps at Pepboys for taking care of me and providing great service.

Outstanding Service - from the time I hit the door until I drove out with my car. Customer service was very conscientious and sensitive regarding all customers and worked diligently to ensure appointments and first-come/first-serve orders were executed properly. Communication was professional and punctual - told me exactly what each oil change type consisted of and informed me of my needs to pass the upcoming inspection. Only issue was with the coffee-maker and after some time, that too was rectified. I highly recommend these guys.

Second location I have fine to try to fix a bad alignment job by the niagara falls Blvd location. I am starting to become convinced nobody at any pep boys knows how to do an alignment. I paid for a 3 year alignment. Absolute waste of money and time. I do not know how they train there people. I think they just go it's green on the machine. Good. That's not how alignments. No pride or care for the job and that points to leadership issues. Taking with corporate has proved pointless. Sent count in pep boys being there for you when you need them. Avoid.

Called in the middle of the day to see if they could change one of my blinkers, Rose told me to come on down and they fixed my back blinker light in under 20 minutes, they were all so polite inside the shop, complimented my car even. Rose was so efficient and helpful and kind. Pep boys on Elmwood!!!!!! thanks so much guys!!!!!! will be back!!!

Pep Boys has always been professional in regards to maintaining my automobiles, Subarus and a CRV. In my experience Pep Boys has put the lie to the belief that your auto dealer s service department does superior work, is more knowledgeable and worth the higher costs.Whether it was replacing batteries, performing wheel alignments/tire rotations or installing new shocks for suspension issues, they have consistently outperformed and underpriced what the dealers service departments did not have the auto-knowledge to perform correctly.Thank you Pep Boys for hiring very qualified mechanics to service my autos.I feel confident my safety is not compromised when they have my back.

Appointments mean nothing here. My appointment for an oil change was at 3pm. I didn t leave until 6:30pm!! Oil changes take MAX 1 hour to do. What s the point of making an appointment if they don t grant it? Two of my friends have run into this issue as well!!

I'm not sure what has happened with this location recently. They never have any mechanics. I have tire insurance through this location I've been trying to get a tire replaced for weeks I'm constantly given the runaround and attitude. The guy there constantly mentions he's the only employee.Edit: After voicing my concerns, The gentlemen at Pepboys made things right. and were able to accommodate me in a timely manner

Brought in my car to have 2 tires mounted. Staff Tried to goad me into replacing the entire driver side wheel hub because 3 lugs were cross threaded (they weren t. Easily came out with a 1/4 drive).Wouldn t recommend unless you re cool with paying for work you don t need done.

Slow service. Had my truck at their shop for almost 4 weeks with no type of communication from the staff unless my boss called. All we needed was two new tires. We needed more than that but our corporation declined all other repairs like brakes and oil change and new battery. Manager Chris is the reason why I gave it two stars instead of one.

I stopped in for an oil change and was told it would be a few hours wait. Because they were busy? No, because they didn t have enough staff. When paying, the attendant told me that the price of the oil changes have gone up too high over the past year and that I should take my vehicle elsewhere. Hard to argue with someone when they tell you not to come back.

Call here for a tow service but they told me call a different number. I asked for the number but the person talking to me must have been drunk. He cut the call on me just because I asked him to repeat the number slowly because I couldn t understand what he was saying. Absolutely unprofessional.

With their hours showing they close at 7, I made a 530 appointment to get tires mounted and balanced. An hour later, they text me saying they close at 6 and can't do the install. This is AFTER I made an appointment at a different Pep Boys the day before, and when I got there there were CLOSED. What's the point on online scheduling if your stores cannot honor them?

Honest, knowledgeable and quick service. Did a days worth of work in a few hours..a bit pricey but job well done with a piece of mind knowing no shortcuts were taken or cheap aftermarket parts were used

Bruh, I literally came for a tire for my 2009 Honda accord. Firstly they put the new tire on the wrong side and I still had the old bad tire I check today and they never put the good tire they had took off back on all they did was switch the sides of the bad and good tire after already making a mistakes I would never come here again

It took almost 5 hours to get new tires put on my car. This was after they rescheduled me twice. Never even left a review before but this was insane. Would leave zero stars if I could.

Went to Pep Boys on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo New York to purchase a set of tires. I asked if they price matched, and they said yes. But when I showed the prices from Goodyear they said they wouldn't match them.
