Jay was great. Showed me 2 suvs. Drove both. Bought Mercedes.. good price compared to the many places we went too. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a good vehicle!!

VERY VERY unprofessional business!!! spoke to someone over the phone regarding a vehicle i purchased. off rip his attitude was very nasty and rude.. bought a car from parker auto less than a month ago and it s already inside a shop for an oil leak THAT THEY FIXED LASTED!! i don t recommend buying a car from them very disrespectful staff and business just a money hungry business!! DONT TRUST THEM

everything went smooth with the buying and registration process but after we made the deal with a car and i told them i would be back to complete the purchase tomorrow they said they were going to take the car for a inspection and the oil change was done at that time i was told any repairs that needed to be done would have been done before i walked away with the car, a month after purchasing the car i had a check engine light on and the car wouldn t go into reverse brought the veh to a ford dealership where they confirmed the oil pan was stripped and now leaking, there was a lose control arm that would ve fail inspection if they took it to a actual mechanic to do inspection the control arm would not have passed inspection, there was also 2 major transmission concerns costing over 2,000 dollars and when i called parker auto sales they said it s not there problem and they weren t willing to do anything, very rude when answering the phone and very unprofessional, not a trusted business at all!!!!
