I have been going here a few years now recommended by family friends. Joe and his staff have always gone above and beyond even coming in on the weekend to make sure I get my car back as soon as possible. Dropping my keys off in my mailbox while am at work when I can't get my keys. Highly recommend. They deserve credit where credit is due.

Very good work and prices are much lower than others. Unfortunately they take forever!!! He promised me my car would be done within a couple days. They had it for over a week! Not acceptable. This has happened more than once.

Outstanding friendly staff and owner, Joe. Outstanding service with reasonable prices. It's the only place I go along with other family members. Paragon is an excellent shop with fantastic people. I have used their services several times now. They have always been fair and forthcoming, with clear estimates and full explanation of service and costs once completed. Good service along with good informative information. They almost always get me in and out in good time, provided you have an appointment. The entrance door, a common question, is to the left of the garage door under the shop sing. There are normally cars on both sides, you would have to walk between them.

Joe here is great. Was nice to my son which made his whole day. Gave me some advice on my car and made me feel a lot better about my cars situation. Great first impression and will for sure be coming here when I have a question or a needed repair.

My partner and I have been going here since we started getting our cars fixed ourselves and they are all lovely. They explain everything they did, and even have it printed on the receipt. I was looking for an honest mechanic in the city. Joe is awesome! He is honest and works with you to help make the best decisions for your vehicle. I'm posting a review finally after about a year of dependable visits here. I reccomend this place to friends and family.

Flew into Buffalo from Tennessee. Bought a vehicle which was leaking antifreeze, these guys fixed me up even after they closed. These are great honest workers. Saved me from getting a hotel , and spending extra money. They saved me big time! Highly recommend!!!!

This review is long overdue. I've been going to Joe for years. I have NEVER been to a mechanic who is so honest & nice. He takes care of my vehicle with so much care as if I were a family member & who worries about my safety while driving my car. He & his employees do impeccable work. After going to Joe (owner) of Paragon Automotive I stopped worrying years ago if the work was done & done well. He's the guy who should put everyone out of business. If you're a woman, & you ladies know what I'm taking about ,don't ever worry about going to Joe. He will never take advantage of our lack of knowledge of cars. (Yes, some women out there are very knowledgeable) He will explain & describe everything in detail so we can understand everything fully. I can't say enough great things about this guy. I'm blessed to have Joe as my forever mechanic. By the way Joe...my name isn't Mini Mouse lol. This is Missy B. You're the BEST my friend & I see that everyone else feels the same way about you just from reading the amazing reviews. You are truly the last of the Mohicans.

Been to Joe many times over the past couple years. Joe and his crew have ALWAYS been top notch. When ordering parts for me he would even take me behind the counter to show me the prices that he is paying and what I'm getting. There were even a few times that I had a busted head lamp or indicator light and he would just put in a new bulb for free without me asking. He just took care of the wife's car and replaced a windshield wiper that was busted without asking for a cent. Great prices and a great group of people.

Highly recommend. Very professional and thurough. They don't screw you on prices at all and they did a great job on my truck. I'll be a return customer as long as I'm in buffalo.

Hadn't been there in years since recommended by my brother, just picked up my"Baby", summer car AC compressor R&R. Not only best price after a few quotes at others, but I trust Joe, which is rare for me with auto repair shops. Trust even enough to send my elderly Father to Joe. Thanks again and hopefully won't need much more work.(Too soon anyway) Fast and honest. Can't ask for anything else.

Always very helpful. Been there twice for issues and both times very helpful. The first my car's ignition wouldn't turn and had to be towed in. It was a simple cleaning it out and they did it free of charge. The second was a car battery replacement and they were very resonablely priced and helpful.

For the past 10 years, I've been a customer of Paragon - for my parents, even longer than that. One auto shop for over 10 years...there's gotta be a reason, right? Damn right! Joe (& Jim for the time he was there) ALWAYS take care of me. They know me, my family and my situation and always make it work. Knowing that I can bring my vehicle to a shop full of guys, and not feel like I'm going to walk about being taken advantage of, just because I know LITERALLY nothing about cars - it's a great feeling. I trust them with not only the repairs to my vehicle, but to give me a fair, honest and ALWAYS reasonable price. I also recommended a female friend to Paragon because she was afraid by taking her car into a shop by herself, that they would just give her any price they felt like - after Paragon, she was relieved and 100% satisfied! I can't say enough about Joe & his team - he runs a true, honest production there and I'm happy to tell the world about their above and beyond customer service and work. - Thank you Joe! *Justina & Kyle Boland*

Bunch of nice guys working here. I overhead one guy talking about another customer, and it was so sweet how he was willing to work with her on a payment arrangement. They are also reasonable on price. Highly recommended!!

Didn't get my car serviced but the guy I spoke with was super friendly and willing to help out. Next time I need service I am definitely bringing the car here. Really seemed like someone that knew his stuff and was not trying to up sell me something I don't need

Fast, intelligent and courteous service. Something not common to all mechanic services. Paragon was willing to work with me and was budget conscious- considering first a used part. Great place and highly recommended.

Joe the owner is the best He tells you exactly what you need done, He never over charges and he guarantees his work. Very good at what he does.. Never take my vehicle anywhere else....

I always take my vehicles done at Paragon automotive. Joe is fantastic. If you want someone as honest as the day is long Paragon is the place to go.

Paragon is my go to for all automotive problems. Joe is always so helpful. You will never get a run around here, and I will continue to choose Paragon over dealerships and all other shops in the Buffalo area for as long as I m here. Thanks guys!
