I know most of the reviews here are bad, but my experience was great. Everything went as I would like. When the shuttle wasn't available they quickly arranged an Uber for me, twice. They replaced a part found to be leaking under warranty (a 6hr job!) same day without any hassle. And even though it was late and slightly past official closing the service manager Andy still took the time to talk about the work done in an attentive manner, not trying to rush me out, which I would have completely understood considering how late it was. It was a great job by him and his team all around.

Drove 35 miles to keep my Saturday appointment today upon learning after talking to 2 females who have no idea what is going on, on how to take proper notes on your car's problems to give to the techs.Had to change my appointment time to Monday from today because the master technician are not working today. Why wasn't I told on Friday that the technicians would not be in on Saturday? Because of ignorance and lack of training that's why! This could have been avoided!.So coming back on Monday the so-called Master Tech worked on my car for 6 hours and could not diagnose the problems but yet they wanted more money to continue the diagnosis.. I spoke to the technician to give him some trouble shooting on the performance of the car( cause I drive it every day) but ignored me like I was a green monster! Are you kidding me!So putting in another complaint I was called by Bill Holmes, like talking to the wall. Complete ignorance on his part. Must be part of the family..*****Avoid Avoid go somewhere else for your service****

I took a car in for an oil change and when I got my car back 2 hours later there was greasy oil on my clutch pedal, my car handles to close the door and open the door, as well as my steering wheel... keep up the great work Northtown!!!!! Is any business capable of doing a even half way decent job on any services they provide anymore? People spend hard earned money for subpar services and you guys are supposed to be the best.. puke!

I called in when my car was under miles for warranty. Told the guy my mileage. He set my appointment up so far out I went over the miles. Brought it in and they didn't want to honor the warranty. Terrible service. Had them replace a tire and rim because I hit a pot hole. When they were done I Pulled outta the dealership and the tire immediately goes flat. Same tire. (I am 50 feet from their lot) I take it back and they charge me for another tire and rim. Said ice must have built up in the wheel well and bent the rim when I turned out. I don t believe them, I don t think they ever replaced the rim and it didn t hold air the moment I started moving.

Open till 9pm. I had engine overheating issues. Got engine coolant and service team topped it off and checked air pro bono and was safely on our way home

This VW service is one of the top bad services in town, I changed my oil 2 weeks ago and oil signal flashed out after 800 mile

I have been bringing my VW there for years now and there is a remarkable drop in quality and service in the past few years. I cannot say it's the employees, I truly do not believe it is, but I can tell every time I come there that people are miserable and rushed. They spent a lot of time remodeling their buildings and it seems to have just increased the amount of issues. This place bigger now but more disorganized. Since I need to bring my VW to an authorized place, I'll be going elsewhere. It's not worth it here.I would advise that if you have a VW to drive an extra distance elsewhere. You'd get the feeling that VWs are an afterthought here.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Dropped car off at 9 am for oil to be done by 2. I call at 3 to see if it s done, they say I never even brought my car in, they can t find it. After calling 3 other times they find it, say it s ready come grab it. I go to get it, none of the work has been done, made to wait another 2 hours. Total waste of my time,I d go to any other dealershipService: Oil change
