Aubrey really went above and beyond to provide great service! I dropped my car off early and they were able to start looking at it early. She provided me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done now and what would need to be done soon, as I got an inspection. She was able to get my expired warranty to even cover one of the parts as a courtesy (since I was over the time and not the miles). Since the part also had to be ordered, they provided me with a car to drive for the week. Aubrey called me multiple times to follow-up on the process and provide next steps. The service was second to none.

Service was completed very quickly, ahead of expected timing. Sherrie was very comprehensive, checking our account for historical service to make sure we were getting done only what was needed. And she was very helpful in getting us the best pricing available.

Taylor was great. Professional, courteous, processed my service order quickly but mindfully, listening to why I was there and what I needed addressed. Taylor made arrangements for a loaner car knowing that service was going to be longer than what I should wait on, and then kept me appraised of the cost and then progress of service. Overall very positive experience. Great job Taylor and the rest of the Northtown team.

I received great service from the time I arrived to the time my service was completed. Check in very professional and friendly knowledgeable techs. Best attention I have received for car service, including a comparison to my original auto dealer that I went to regularly prior to this visit to Northtown Subaru. Overall best.

Outstanding service! Sherrie was great -- was clear in her communication and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. I appreciated the short wait time and the state-of-the-art coffee machine available to customers! Jim and Sherrie went the extra mile and made sure the car was in great condition inside and out before I left. Highly recommend!

I thought the experience at Northtown s Service department was top-notch. I was kept informed, time to wait was less than anticipated and the price quoted was exactly what it was when I picked up my vehicle. I do not hesitate making appointments at northtown service department because I am always treated with respect and their attention to detail has been top-notch.

Aubrey was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful and maintained excellent communication with me while the team worked on my car. Her phone and text communication was top-notch. At the end of the service, Aubrey went the extra mile by handwashing my car with a hose because I had the bike rack attached, and the car couldn't go to the washing station. I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture!Everyone on the team was very professional and courteous.

I purchased my Subaru Forester from Northtown 4 years ago. While the car has been trouble free, I ve had all my maintenance done at Northtown. I continue to go there because every experience I ve had there has been very positive. The service has been great, the counter folks are courteous and knowledgeable and the price has always been fair and reasonable. And their waiting room is almost as comfortable as my living room at home. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. Thanks Northtown..!!!Paul S.

Great experience! Andy was extremely clear at communicating with me throughout the diagnostic process, and continued to update me on the status of my car. If you re busy, this is the perfect place to go to, you can simply send a text, ask a question, and get a response! Everyone here is amazing, very thorough and friendly staff.

This was my first oil change with my new Subaru. From scheduling to completion everyone was very helpful and professional. As soon as I entered the door Joshua was attentive, helpful, considerate and pleasant to works with. He explained exactly how my service would go, and offered a great deal, that I accepted. Everything went exactly as he said surprisingly, very quick as well. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there were no cookies left. Haha.

Went in for an oil change and Trisha was super accommodating when I needed to change my original service appointment. On the day of, she even helped fit me in earlier so I didn t have to come in so late. Great service!

Josh and the service team were great! They got my car right in for servicing and I was out much quicker than I had expected! Everyone at the store was kind and helpful, and even helped me find the earring I had lost while at the Subaru dealership! Love the espresso coffee machine! It was a great addition to the waiting area!

My experience was good. However, the issues with my vehicle still remains to be fixed gone back a second time for it to be fixed. It was OK for one day and the issue still persist so I now have to call and make another appointment and hopefully this appointment goes a lot better than the last one.

I ve come to expect excellent service at Northtown Subaru. I m on my third Subaru that I have bought from them and get serviced there. They never make me wait too long, keep me updated on my service appointment while I wait, and have a comfortable waiting area with thoughtful amenities like a charging station and flavored coffee.Trisha made my most recent service experience a truly stellar experience that exceeded my already high expectations. I brought my Subaru in for a regular oil change and tire rotation on the morning I was departing for a road trip. I had been trying to solve an issue with my Northtown Platinum Plus points for over a year. I mentioned it to Trisha who immediately sent an email to the correct contact and assured me she would solve the problem that day. My service appointment was quick. As I was walking to my car, Trisha said she noticed that my key fob battery was low and had replaced it. I knew it needed to be done and was dreading doing it because I didn t know how to change the key fob battery. I was planning to do it when I got home. Trisha saved me the time and hassle and helped me leave for my road trip in good time. Later that day, Trisha called me to confirm my points issue was resolved and I received an email confirming the same.Thank you Trisha and Northtown Subaru for going the extra mile and being a place I can count on for excellent, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful service.
