Mark was fantastic help to me this week. I had to get my car in ASAP for new tires and he made sure to get me in fast and helped me out so much. He gave me the best deal possible for my sucky situation (3 slashed tires) and was very patient with me since I don't know anything about cars. Overall, I highly recommend this location and I'll definitely be coming back.

I brought my car to Monro a while ago for the yearly inspection and they spotted a very small oil leak I hadn t noticed and they were able to patch it up until I could get a permanent fix. More recently, I had a flat tire from a nail and they were able to fix it free of charge. The mechanics are honest, very thorough and skilled, and won t try to nickel and dime you like some other places I ve been to. I recommend coming here for high quality service you can count on.

I have come here for routine and emergency maintenance and they are always professional and upfront. Mark is often at the desk when I bring my vehicle and is always so kind and makes me feel like a person. This combined with the great service is what keeps me coming back! Would definitely recommend.

They did the inspection and oil change I asked for, no problem. Walking in and out was easy, they were done in a couple of hours. But I feel like a sucker. They sold me a battery with "free installation", but the battery was $250. That's highway robbery. I could have driven down the street and bought one for $80.He didn't mention the price of the battery. He didn't say that I would fail inspection without a replacement battery, but he said "no problems, except your battery is bad (196 cold crank instead of 650), I'm surprised it still starts." The interaction was carefully navigated to give the manager plausible deniability. It's the behavior of a crook.I don't know if this is the manager's policy or Monro's policy, but I left this transaction feeling very bad. I will not patronize Monro again.

I headed here already prepared to swear off Monro for life due to a month's worth of incompetence from the staff at a different location. After 3 attempts to have my car inspected (arrived early for my appointments to find that 1) there was no inspector scheduled that day, 2) the staff member failed to put my rescheduled appointment into the system, and 3) being told that I could wait at least 2 hours for my car to be seen and then finding out that this wasn't feasible as they couldn't get to it), I called this location as a last-minute walk-in.Mark assured me that he could squeeze me in the same day, and did so almost instantly - I was given a 45 min-1 hour estimated wait time, and had the inspection sticker printer cooperated (not their fault; it's in beta but was mandatory for all inspectors to make the switch), this wait time would have been accurate. Even so, the wait time was well within acceptable parameters, and they were incredibly humble about the unexpected issue.Overall, Mark was honest, kind, old-school in his management (a high compliment compared to today's business practices and customer service), and fair. He and his employees were personable - both friendly and informative. No one attempted to upsell or push me to make unnecessary repairs, which is a breath of fresh air since many do this to us females.All this to say, Mark and his staff blew my expectations out of the water! Thanks to their dedication to genuine customer service and quality work, Monro has kept a customer, and this location, in particular, has gained my loyalty.

Mark and everyone at the Monro Muffler located on Main Street & Hertel in Buffalo are phenomenal. They're excellent mechanics who provide quality service, offer honest assessments and are able to help customers prioritize their maintenance needs. I trust them fully with the care and maintenance of my vehicle.

I needed an inspection and oil change. They found a nail in my tire, fixed it quickly and potentially saved me from a blow-out or at least a flat. Service was quick, communication was great and I highly recommend!

Customer beware: I was quoted front brakes work for $700 verbally. The manager refused to print the quote since the price "changes daily, like the price of lobster". After doing a comparison, I realized other shops charge $400 or less.

I'll be honest I came here for inspection because it was within walking distance of work but I'm glad I did.They called to tell me what needed work and then instead of doing it, had me come in and actually showed me what was wrong, explained it to me, and let me take pictures to check with a trusted mechanic I know. He confirmed everything they said checked out. I had the work done, two separate repairs/replacements and the managers Paul and Mark did what they could to stick to initial estimates even if it meant taking a hit on the back end. Pair that with their friendliness and the speed in which they got things done consider me satisfied.Hard to find a good auto shop these days but these guys seem to hit the mark.

I was here for a state inspection and Monroe was able to take my car in per my appointment.While waiting, the manager, Mark, asked if I had ever had my tires aligned, which I had not. As it turns out, they were misaligned and he took me back to show me on the alignment machine exactly what was up so I could judge for myself. I decided the tires needed to be realigned, and I was in and out with everything done in about an hour.Trust is essential in an auto shop and that's what something as simple as showing me the issue accomplished here.The service was also polite and professional, the mechanics seem great and everything went smoothly overall. For me, I'd definitely recommend Monroe for ongoing car maintenance and I would repeat my business here.

My car was leaking coolant, and the problem was quickly worsening. Not only did Mark get my car into the shop the day I called to make an appointment, but he also completed an oil change and switched out my tires for me - all by the end of the day. His communication and efficiency was excellent, especially considering their limited availability over the holiday weekend. Mark was honest about pricing and took time to explain the work that was being done. I really appreciate all of the hard work that went into getting my car back on the road safely!

They performed an oil change on my vehicle and were fast and prompt, no appointment made. More expensive than Delta Sonic however, they are more knowledgeable and able to perform a variety of services where Delta Sonic is just known for quick fast, get the customer in and out.

I was very surprised at how the sales men acted like I didn't know anything and gave me an estimate for new brakes ($3200.00) that was twice the price 2 other place quoted me ($1200.00) I will not go back and. I will not recommend.

Made an appointment to have snow tires put on my vehicle. When I went to pick up me vehicle I found that I was charged for tpms sensors that I never requested. The gentleman at the counter said that they change them all the time, it s routine. I paid my bill but was uneasy about the encounter I had just had so I called the shop. The gentleman eventually refunded my money for the tpms sensors. When I went back out to my car I saw that THEY NEVER EVEN REPLACED THE TPMS SENSORS! This man charged me $82 for a service that was never performed! Disgusting. Zero star rating In my opinion - had to give one star to be able to post.

I went in for a tire repair after a nail and they got it done super quick. Brandon told me about an hour and a half or so but they had it done in 30 minutes. Second time I ve been there now. Pictures taken two months apart.Definitely recommend!!!

It s was perfect I went thinking something was wrong with my lights instead of tryna get money or make up something he was straight forward and let me know nothing was wrong with it I love it here straight forward and work great they put air in my tires without me asking and also checked to make sure I was driving safely

I had an issue with a coolant leak. The guy got me in soon after I got my car towed to the shop, even though it was pretty busy. Got me a quote for work and parts soon after. Excellent work and customer service, and fair pricing.

Mark worked to get me in for an inspection at a time that worked for me and my schedule when every where else was booking into the first 2 weeks of August, past my inspection expiration. Really appreciate that he was clear about what my car needed and felt like he was honest about it. I've had a lot of good experiences with Monro in Brockport, and now coming to school out here in Buffalo I'm happy to see that Mark and his shop do great work too. I will definitely be going here for future work.

I had an amazing experience at this place. I was devastated when my car stopped working with my two small children in the car. Mark took care of me like I was family and it meant the world to me. Keeping my babies safe is everything and he made the absolute best out of a horrible situation for me. I am so thankful and it's the only place I'll go for car concerns now!

Horrible, as a woman I felt like I was getting taken advantage of so I called my father to accompany me after being presented a ridiculous quote. I decided to go elsewhere and it was a much lower quote. The technicians lied and said one of my headlights was out when in fact they had just unplugged the power source of the light to try to get me to pay more. I went and bought a whole new bulb and when my father prepared to install it, he found the disconnected power supply and that the bulb was perfectly fine. I'm never coming back here and don't recommend any women to do so either.

Mark and his crew always do a great job and I come here semi regularly. He gives honest recommendations and has helped me on the price when more needs to be done than I thought. They have a decent waiting area too with a great rock radio station on.
